If the sensei is a buddy what happened to her partner?

The possibility is that the one who captured Yui's Weiss is her partner.

They are like the SWAT team compared to the regular teams.

Then why would she have the same weiss sensor that Elsee has? I doubt a goddess would have one of those, considering that they aren't from hell.

Just because Elsee wasn't aware of goddesses doesn't mean the New Devil higher-ups aren't. Nora's remarks in the miniarc where she meets Tenri again suggest she knows of their existence, although apparently not to the degree of our protagonists.

If I'm Dokurou Skull, who presumably was around back then and is well aware of the goddesses, and I run across an unaligned, awakened and apparently quite powerful goddess, you can bet my skeletal ass that I'm going to try to get her working for me. And if I'm the goddess, well, I'm keen on getting rid of the Weiss anyway, and he might be able to help me find my sisters and end this once and for all, so I'm going to go along with it.

Nah. Looking back, she had both the skull detector, strong magic, and the use of the ... cloak thing, I don't know its name. Plus it seems she has knowledge of Hellian tactics.

I reckon she's an new hell demon; maybe retired or under cover?

Oh, and that antagonist devil that caused the Weiss to grow; she seems to be a classmate or at least someone who attended the same school at similar times to Hakua. She mentions magic scores and mentions Hakua by name, so that is my assumtion at least.

^Ironically, because she doesn't feel very much like a real sister to him (not even the non-blood-related-but-awfully-comfortably-close way), the steamy forbidden incest factor is practically nonexistent here, at least for me.

She's more like, hm, magical girlfriend candidate prototype zero. The normal choice. Not very exciting :P

Well, I get the feeling that the mangaka won't be pushing the siscon factor too hard, if at all.

Although I wonder if Elsee's admiration of Keima is so obvious that the band girls all agreed the way to cheer her up was to set her up for a date with him...?
