Megumi won by shock value. With Utaha we can already imagine how hot she is even without the swimsuit. While Megumi is pretty much "uh, okay", until she actually comes out in a swimsuit.

That last sentence is probably why they've already released more than one swimsuit figure for Megumi, while Utaha and Eriri have only one swimsuit figure currently being sold (unless you count Eriri wearing the "Hot Limit" costume from the TM Revolution song as "swimwear").

I wouldn't be surprised if they released another swimsuit figure for Megumi based on the picture that Misaki Kurehito drew for the swimsuit character poll:

Unless they're getting one in their own spin-off stories, we don't know if that's possible. Utaha's Koisuru Metronome spin-off story would be nice to see animated though, because it changes the most from the original story.

Volume 13 officially got released on October 20, so that 25k is only for 3 days actually, while the 33k for Volume 13 is the result of 3 weeks. So IMO, it's highly possible that the final volume will surpass that.

Probably the second half of the LN, another season will only show the weakness and fails of the writing, a movie can skip a lot of material.

That girl is Sagara Mayu, an illustrator for Utaha & Tomoya. She's Koisuru Metronome-exclusive character in place of Eriri & maybe Megumi.

Things is, between Aki, Utaha & Mayu, these three are pretty much like how Utaha's LN story represent. The LN ending had the MC ended up with the other heroine instead of the main heroine herself, which might likely the same happen to this spinoff as in Aki might end up with Mayu instead of Utaha, even though there could be a hope to change that, if people wish Maruto to redeem himself. But still, I personally don't feel upset if Aki end up with either one of them, so no hard feelings.

As for the current story goes, Utaha seem to lose motivation to continue writing the story for both LN & anime script, leaving Aki to handle the anime script by himself & driven to depression. Even more so that he overheard a few staffs consider to replace Utaha with a third party author. Thank god the manager cheered him up. Later, Aki walked into Mayu who was waiting for him. Then, Mayu said she love the Koisuru Metronome LN & then suddenly confess her love to Aki.

Meaning the Koisuru Metronome scenario has become a reality. Still, I think the love rivalry can immediately motivate Utaha again.

Anyways, that was indeed something expected for a while but of course the manga will feature Utaha as winner since each heroine needs a happy ending.

I know, it was during New Year's Eve. Just that I only came back to read it once in a while, since it has been a month.

Again, I honestly don't mind if it's Mayu end instead.

Second season's Vol 6 BD contains a short story that serves as a branch point to the movie. It looks like the movie will follow an "if" route.

The only IF I can see is the other girls swallowing their characters even further and sticking to work with Tomoya as the author can't contain himself even more about how good an heroine Megumi is .

They know how popular is Megumi. I don't really understand why did they chage it.
But different story than original doesn't mean it will be any girls route.
Maybe they will just change some parts but Megumi's ending is still unchanged cause I don't think they unnecessary annouced the movie with Megumi illustration from LN vol.13
