Given everything we've heard about the game, JP's cover seems to be more fitting. Just looking at it makes me hear Stand By Me in my head.

Meanwhile, the ENG cover is more action-oriented and generic... That said, knowing how the NA audience work, I can't fully blame Square Enix for this decision.

Ontopic, yea the Japanese cover (as usual) looks wayy better than the American one, hell I'd even prefer the simple Amano covers.

In (what will most likely be) a rated T game, the thing parents would freak out over isn't the copious amounts of violence, or partial nudity, but a scene depicting a bunch of legal adults smoking? I mean god forbid a teenager actually sees someone smoking in real life!

I know parents like to blame video games for having all sorts of bad influences on their children and that's fine for them. But if a parent or guardian really is to stress over FFXV influencing their child/teenager's decision to smoke, then shouldn't they first be worried about some of the other MORE inappropriate things they could be influenced by in this game?

TL;DR - If a parent doesn't allow their child to play this game partially because it contains the act of smoking, then I can understand that. But if it's the ONLY reason, then I don't get it at all.

I just found that image and I thought it was a joke, considering there was another called "Noctis getting high"

Also, across all Brotherhood episodes, none of the main cast have smoked.
