I'm not sure, but usually, the Backerkit profile is linked to your kickstarter email address. As for the survey I think too late now, but you should go see the game's kickstarter page, maybe there'll be something about that.

I just made one this morning using the same email as my Kickstarter account. I see nothing listed there. I'm positive that I've answered that survey last year, but who knows. I've already emailed support about it to confirm with them. I'm freaking out right now.

I know that I haven't gotten my code yet because I chose Wii U for my system (staying true to Shantae's roots here), and Wayforward had mentioned in their most recent update that those codes have not been sent yet.

edit: I'm such an idiot. Such a ********idiot. I realized after much thought that at the time I backed the game back in 2013, I used an old student e-mail address. And then I must've changed e-mails sometime between then and now and forgot about it. I also used the same old address to answer the backerkit survey. So now I'm 100% certain my code was sent to the old e-mail and not the current one I'm using for Kickstarter and Backerkit. I e-mailed the Backerkit support about sending the survey info from my old address to my new one. An hour later, I get a response saying that they transferred the survey over, and I now have my code. THANK THE LORDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD My second mistake was that I apparently asked for a STEAM code and not a Ps4 code. Looks like I'll just buy the game again on Ps4. I'm glad this game turned out nicely. Though still waiting to really play through it until I've beaten a couple other ones first. The backlog is real...
A game that kind of keeps my hope in these sorts of kickstarters alive. They aimed within their abilities, kept the stretch goals feasible and did a nice job.
