Even with 1 cour! They won't be able to cover the routes for the girls. Heck, its bad to do it in one cour. But from the reactions of those who watched the first episode. Its positively rush.

Well what did I say. My initial assumption is slowly becoming true now. The anime will likely feature a new girl's route apart from the game. The plus sign is now I can watch the anime as its own entity now rather than a faithful adaptation of the game, as the anime will become something different.

From your post it's clear that you want a more faithful adaptation of the game. It will never happen now, so try to get over it.

And common route in the game is fairly long so I think it's better for them to skip some gags and rush the pace a little to get to the serious part sooner. Many VN adaptations did that so I don't get the disappointment. Besides it's better to watch the actual episode before judging, shall we?

They won't, since they actually don't even plan to do it.
Supposedly according to the scriptwriter KAI, the anime will adapt JUST new "6th route", so no omnibus, but simple straight adaptation with Kagari as main focus. Regarding other girls although we won't get their routes, anime will still develop each of them so each girl will get her time to shine.

Not trusting anyone here who is saying split cour. Been lied to too many times with mistranslations. Ill be optimistic but i wont take it as fact.

That's what I mean. If 7 eps is a quarter of the story but they announced 13 for now than most probably we'll get 13+13.

they wont cover any of the heroine routes did you forgot they said they will only do original 6 route? also from interview with the director they will only add some elements from the routes and wont adapt them

This is why I miss the days KyoAni did the anime adaptations of Key VNs. So should I play the VN before watching the anime or I can play it after?

IIRC the story is written with anime-only watcher in mind, so it should be okay to jump in immediately.

I forgot about the 6th route thing. I just find it again while rereading the thread. But it will be half and half? he first part is the common route but after that the new anime original route. From the PV, I don't remember that scene with her from the game. I haven't played the game for a while but I really don't remember it.
