Woohoo! Bleach had a fantastic episode last week. Naturally, the expectation for more good episodes to come will linger around. Bad ass Aizen is in the screen, plotting his devious plans, and giving cunning looks. I also suppose Byakuya-sama is around some where playing oni-gokku with his Rukia look-alike wife. Fortunately, she will die soon so Byakuya-sama can make his dashing appearance. Yeah!

I'm looking forward to the next episode. So much good stuff here. TBTP arc, oh how I love thee! It's an excellent break from the fighting ... for a while. Juicy stuff to learn coming up some time soon.

I wonder how much this episode will contain... I'm can't decide if I should expect Byakuya's appearance this week or not.

I'm just all giddy with excitement.

This episode was HILARIOUS there were so many priceless Hiyori moments. Some of the things she did had me rolling on the ground dying of laughter here are a few examples...

Note how he keeps his pose after getting hit

Shiji got some love too in this episode

Two feet, now that had to hurt!

Last but not least favorite Hiyori scene in the episode

We also get to see Shinji rip through Aizen's Illusion. Does this show that his illusion can be overpowered? And doesn't the silhouette of Aizen's illusion remind you of Ichinose's shikai ability?

Man, Hiyori sure is cute when she's angry.

She's a real feisty one

This arc is turning out much better than in the manga, that's for sure.And that thing about Shinji discovering Aizen's illusion doesn't necessarily mean it can be overpowered.Knowing Aizen,Maybe he allow Shinji to discover him or his shikai still hasn't been perfected yet since this was 100 years earlier.He could have perfected it in that time.

seconded, it would make a lot more sense (he was only a lieutenant at the time anyway). It's amazing how every episode is exactly one chapter, I was sure they'd cram at least 2 in this week's.

Shinji was very cool for ripping Aizen's illusion. Well Hiyori is defenily cute

the only problem i have with hiyori is that she sounds like a boy, and from what I can remember when the vaizards first popped up her voice wasn't so boyish.

overall good episode, it was funny and I didn't feel like the filler entertainment didn't detract from the pendulum arc, which probably the best drawn arc in all of bleach

How are these episodes not filled with filler, clearly there is filler in the arc, filler by definition is information not present in the orginal work, which clearly there is, its meant to extend the lenght of the episode. If your gonna down grade me for that than you might want to consider what is filler. Soi fons reaction to uraharas assualt on the bad shinigami? thats filler, because why? it was not in the manga.

Just for the record, I need to know, was it ever confirmed whether or not the technique Shinji ripped through was complete hypnosis? Because at the moment, I'm thinking it might be some other type of illusion technique for two reasons.

1.) Kyouka Suigetsu was nowhere to be seen afterwards.
2.) It wouldn't make sense for Aizen to eventually claim how flawless his Shikai's ability is when Shinji broke through it so easily.

It's just a different technique.
