Definitely! I'd love to see Nanoha A's in movie format. I like Fate Testarossa a lot too, but I do think Nanoha herself sometimes doesn't get enough credit. She's the magical girl lead designed and executed perfectly, imo. And her late teen self is just cool.

Edit: As should be clear by now, I tend to like magical girls in general. For what it's worth, that's partly why I liked PMMM domination. I just love magical girl aesthetics. It's like the ultimate fusion between moe and superhero costumes (growing up an American comic book fan, this is big for me).

We can expect to see Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha the Movie 2nd A's in 2012
Hopefully it comes out in time for Saimoe 2012 so we can have a grand reunion of the veterans.

Which makes me wonder how Sailor Moon would have done in its prime as oppose to a few years later (when they appeared in Saimoe 2002). I know Ami (Mercury) can hold 70+ vote consistently in 2002.

it is not a grand reunion unless we have the Rozen Maidens.

drat! mah cake for mami-san tasted like shit. she doesn't deserve a present like this. tch, i'll just make her cookies and candies. =D

anywhooo, here's my awesome list:

1. Mami-san (the only one to win that i REALLY REALLY like)
2. Nanoha (the OLDER one)
3. Sakura
4. Azusa
5. Suiseiseki
6. Rika
7. Kagami (i kinda dislike her actually. And LS was shitty anyway)
8. Taiga (worst character to ever win in my book. Good Thing Nagi didn't win too)

So yeah, blocking foreign fans from voting forever does seem like an overreaction to me.
Well, the Rena vs Kagami match isn't a good example, since the ratio of foreigner votes/domestic votes is actually higher for Kagami. In other words, Kagami received more foreign votes per single Japanese vote than Rena. (not much of a difference though, .30 vs .31). The Rika vs Nagi match is, however, with having .32 foreign votes per each Japanese vote, vs Rika's .38. I feel like I'm talking about calibers...

The bottom line is, while foreigners can swing matches, that's no excuse to ban them. If they wanted us to vote on the first place, they shouldn't expect us to have the same biases as them. Inviting us to vote and getting mad at the results is just illogical for me. Besides, shouldn't the 1000+ Rika supporters be happy at that match? There were only 36 more people that voted for Nagi after all.

...
Since every one else is doing this: (I'll skip Rosemary)
1. Sakura - She's basically the definition of moe, literally.
2. Taiga - I just can't not adore her after her series.
3. Rika - I'm biased though, since I'm currently playing the game.
4. Nanoha - She's just so cute in the movie/first series. And A's was just awesome..
5. Kagamin - Not much to say here, no reason to dilike her.
Spoiler for Riku:
7. Suiseiseki - Again I'm biased, because I wanted Fate on that spot.
8. Azunyan - Not my favorite K-On, and she winning means them not winning, so yeah.
9. Mami - Least favorite Meguca. It'll sound like hate but it isn't. I just don't like her as much a everybody else on the show (or the list).
X. Hinagiku - I mean, 2012 will be her year right? Right?<<AkazaAkari>> is fine too.
...Put her in as a "character I wish had won Saimoe" along with Fate.

True. The chances of them getting new material in time for Saimoe 2012 seem rather low at the moment, however.

Can't help it, I know it's retarded, but they (all three shows + another) were on the same block and it was very long ago. Plus I missed some episodes on a regular basis. That's the reason I never put on MAL anything that I haven't gotten off the Internet, because otherwise chances are I'll mix it with another airing show. There's also the fact that I can never take dubs (in my language) seriously, for some reason.

Hinagiku has KBM and ISML titles. If you really want tournament futility, look at Shana - who has nothing. Nada. Zilch.

We need the biennial Nanoha vs Shana, so she can make it 1-2.

She won the SUPAA BESTO MOE in 2007. Which looked hard as fuck.

One thing I noticed about Koreans and tournaments... they'd put in a "Super" tournament in place "above" the "regular" tournament. They did it for Starcraft this year, and I wondered: "What's the point?"

Pick one tournament and make it the end-all be-all for Korea (either Best Moe or Super Best). Pick one. One year. One tournament (not two). The meaning of one gets diminished by the other. (Just imagine if there were a NFL tournament above that for the Super Bowl - like a Super NFL playoffs. Not gonna work). For this reason, I ignore Super Best.

As for ISML, which brands itself as... the moe of all moe... by mixing old chars. with new chars... that's fine as it is integral to its basic format. That aspect makes it unique compared to the other two.

Shana's victory in the original KSBM was legit. For better or for worse, you will never see a field that deep ever again.

Maybe, the point is really lost now.

The first one, though, seemed as it meant something. It was really an all-star cast. [Citation needed]

So for saimoe 2012...mandatory Nanoha vs Shana group final match right?

Best saimoe winners:
1. Sakura
2. Taiga
3. Nanoha
4. DESU (but she fucking beat Shana prime)
5. Azusa
6. Kagami (but saimoe 2008 is not legit)
7. Rika
8. Mami (but saimoe 2012 is not legit)

dont know 2003 and 2004
