Does the character necessarily have to be evil or is apathy good enough for you?

For deadpan apathy, there's Blame! by NIHEI Tsutomu.

For the "whatever, screw you, go to hell, and don't come back" type of apathy, the only one I could only think of right now is Sol Badguy from Guily Gear.

well he does not really need to be 100% evil but i want him to be like selfish

and please not any low episodes animes it is to sad to se becouse it ends to fast

You could try the currently ongoing Kaze no Stigma - the guy is definitely selfish, and not the nicest guy around.

In that case, MPD Psycho would fit the description. The main character has 2 dominant personalities: one's a brilliant detective who goes by the name of Amamiya Kazuhiko while the other's a twisted serial killer called Shinji Nishizono. It's like getting Light and L in one package (sans the competition, of course).

evil eh... i would say code geass is a bit evil.. the main character sacrifices people and use them as tools~ i guess that kinda fits what you want.. worth checking out regardless

You may like Gantz...the main character (along with almost everyone else) is generally very selfish...he's weak for the first half or so of the series but changes later on.
