Boo boo seems a bit like Lenny from of mice and man, guess Kamachi is going the oblivious protagonist route this time. Can't judge it yet, from the current part.

Lol, I find Beatrice and Boo Boo's chemistry to be rather amusing so far from the prologue chapter alone. And all those nicknames too XD

It was an amusing preview. Some interesting mechanics at play like how closely tied magic is to willpower and about Grandnir in general. BooBoo is adorable even when huge!

The Labyrinth reminds me of DanMachi a bit.

I really enjoyed reading the preview

I liked both Booboo and Beatrice. Their interaction was so interesting and fun to read, and funny too xD
The light atmosphere here reminds me of Waltraute. I am not sure whether the tone would shift to a more serious one later down the road or not though.
I was also surprised to see the first part written in the first person, and thought Kamachi would write the whole volume like that. But then it shifted to the 3rd person like usual xD
But anyway, I could not expect better from the preview

I hope the rest of the volume would be as entertaining. But then again, this is Kamachi, so I am keeping my hopes high

The preview was amusing. Beatrice and Boo Boo's interactions were interesting.

1000 stats seem excessive. Seems like it would be a huge pain to manage all of those stats.

It's not hard to remember in english. But I had to look for it in the "recent changes" section to find it XD

I know it a preview for the novel but I wish it would explain in the beginning if the MC girl is from a school that travel to parallel world and get their status from the world? Or is just like SAO EXCEPT THE monster are sentient being that think there real.
Cause i cant tell what a game or real world situation, like she acting like the ORC guy real...it a MMO right?

From the preview and the synopsis' description, it sounds like Grandnir is an alternate world with a game-like system. Don't quote me on that, though, I'm also not 100% sure.

Yeah, seems like a Parallel World you can "sign into" that is more similar to Accel World than SAO, I'd say.

Mahaya posted the character designs and illustrations sketches on the blog. Boo Boo's original design was definitely uglier than what we ended up getting. Also, some additional characters that didn't show up in the magazine scan.

Thankfully they went with muscle instead of fat.

Glad they went with the muscle design instead of the fat one.
