This thread is aimed at first time viewers of Total Eclipse/Muv-Luv for anime-only first time viewers, and its purpose is to allow spoiler free speculation and theories to be aired. Having them in a central location may help focus the discussion instead of spreading speculation over the various episode discussion threads.

If you are knowledgeable of the novels and wish to speculate or discuss theories, then please do not post in this thread (use the Spoilers & Speculation thread) and do not give away any spoilers in this thread!
If you do not know the novels, but do know the Muv-Luv games, then please use the Speculation & Theories thread for Muv-Luv Game Players.

I am kind of wondering what will be the atractive of the show if the characters won't be fighting beta, almost felt like dropping it, but I guess they can always do anotehr mood shift and end the yui vs yuuya arc to switch into beta combat; unless they somehow create very overpowered tsfs I don't see the current cast being called for missions to help the army whiel combatting beta.

Yes, hopefully it will appear in the next few episodes. I would love to see the firepower of a platoon of TSFs on the Destroyer Class. It should make them about as effective as this:

While I more than sure, that sutiation will handled differently I can imagine that scene:

After the end of storm Argos squad tracker Yuuya's transmitter and landed on deserted island. After short research they find all 3 missed ones in the cave... naked, under one blank.

Tarisa: 0_0 W-w-what the heck it issssssss?!
VG: T_T Daaarn, i'm so jealous of you Top Gun!
Stella: *Oh, seems that it was very pleasant, let's see how americans can handle four-some.*

After nine months Yukon can prepare for demographic boom.
