Kuragehime has a cross-dressing male as a main character; Moyashimon has one in a supporting role.

Cross-dressing seems big on noitaminA these days.

Whoops missed the manga part; both of these were released as manga before being remade into an anime.

No i dont want female dressing as guys i want males dressing as females

So is that "Manga only" supposed to mean that you want or don't want manga since it is listed under the "don't want"?

Ranma 1/2 and Kämpfer have males turning into girls and both have anime adaptions. Both should have manga versions too. The female Ranma still wears boys clothing most of the time, though.

Minami-ke? Ten year old takes up crossdressing so he can enter the main character's home regularly. Originally so he can be close to the 16 year old sister (because the 10 year old sister is jealous of having competition for the 16 year olds attention, and sees the boy as an idiot), but seems to quickly forget why he was crossdressing and just does it when he goes over to their home to be with friends. Middle sister (13 years old) is the instigator of this plan.

No Side, Pretty Face, and Futaba-kun Change! all have male protagonists turning into females. Asa made Jugyou Chu! has a boy forced to disguise himself as a boy (it's pretty stupid, though). The main character in Hayate no Gotoku occasionally crossdresses, but not often enough to read the manga just for that.

If you can read Japanese, you can also try Adesugata Junjou Boy, about a boy raised as a girl. Also the main love interest in Ten yori mo, Hoshi yori mo is a guy disguised as a high school girl but only 5 chapters are out.

I'd recommend checking out WOW!Scans, they do alot of trap and gender bending based stuff.

If you want to rage, read No Bra. I wouldn't recommend it, though.

Another good one not listed above is Boku x Kano. As a fair warning I'll note that everything else I've seen done by this mangaka has been yaoi and it shows a tiny bit in the plot of this series, but there's no real yaoi to be found. And there is a girl crossdressing as a man, but that's mostly a subplot.

Well, I guess it toes the line on both of the things you said no to. So read at your own discretion, I guess.
