Though the plot is unique I wouldn't call it a comedy like My Balls.

While this guy does fap he's a little bit disturbed.

While he might be a little disturbing in his 'activities', at least the series isn't call Goukan Master Kurosawa, then the plot would be very different and SO NSFE.

Just read it. It's pretty interesting. You might be in for a shock how it actually is. I was expecting a crazy comedy, but it's more about human flaws. Pretty much about a failure of life, albeit a cool looking failure, being a hero of justice in his own way. While you may or may not agree with his ways.
