You can't compare FT to something so different - it is primarily a battle manga, with a good dose of humour. The romance is entirely tertiary, yet it still boasts a massive number of revealing low/side shots that sum up to more fanservice than required...and now we get a chapter about how everyone gets hard when they see ancient Lucy, who, miraculously, has sex appeal! Then there's bondage (Mira), domination (Levi) and Juvia openly face-sitting Gray...even in specials, you don't find this kind of stuff in other manga of the same kind.

Furthermore, the author can draw well enough to start his own H series IMO, so, if anything, he's got the art down already (well, minus a few details, for obvious reasons).

No its more like they keep emphasizing that Lucy's main power thus far is sex appeal. At the very least they played on a few interesting things. Then again they probably want to appease the people who are annoyed at the last chapter.

a lot of managas\animes\novels are "battle" specially the ones which school and many of then are really borderline hentai, again come and call this "borderline just because you don't like the fanservice its being a little biased.

And to be fair i never read any rules saying which battle mangas must have X level of fanservice or something like that to be a "battle manga" just have battle make any manga battle.

want a good exemple go read enen shouboutai(which is pretty much on ft level fanservice made by the writer of soul earter which also love to do that things). or if you really want a battle manga who is actually near borderline go read strongest disciple kenich and say which "fairy tail is borderline hentai or go read others battles, like tsugomomo, just because you are used to watch animes "more soft" don't means which all the battles will be equals.

another note, no fairy tail is not primary a battle, is primary a comedy according to mashima own words, this is another problem of peoples which take too serious a manga which not was supposed to be take in first place.

Mashima really love sometimes to be wild but he still know where to go to not make his manga a really "hentai borderline" and until where he can go with his playing, as long we don't see any of the really perv moments you see in the true "ero mangas' or borderline hentai them see fairy tail as one is biased specially when we have really true exemples of it.

in the end i can say which the big problem is which just peoples don't read or watch enough mangas/animes/novels to true see what is what and just because they read x or y mangas/anime/novels they thing which everyone will be like that or which x is that or y is this, without actually goes really deep and look at others exemples.

Never said I didn't like the fanservice. I don't have an issue with anything, be it in this chapter or previous ones, but when crotch display becomes a power that KOs opponents, I can't help but think of manga like ore tama or Yuria 100, in which submission is achieved through arousal (or sex). Similarly, I'd put stories in which sexual drive becomes a source of power in the same category. I'm not going to get technical on details, but this approach is definitely moving towards H IMO.

This is where you're wrong. A scenario doesn't need to include nude scenes in order to be more ecchi - suitable clothing may adhere to a "more is less" situation, outright beating a full nude scene, provided the context is there. Fairy Tail doesn't elaborate on it and has been a massive tease, but you can't deny the fact that it has more material compared to manga that primarily focus on fighting or comedy (take One Piece, for example)...I mean come on, we've had a tournament fight devolve to a swimsuit competition!

Again, I'm not saying FT is H material, but it has the capacity to be - hence the borderline...and no, it's not for the entirety of FT either, but it has its moments.
