Well, this is supposed to be a mothership title. An Idol game would be an escort title. That doesn't mean one cannot come out, it just wouldn't be this announcement.

XBOne exclusive it seems though, so... no. Unless they're one of the few fans that are Tales fans who own both a PS4 and XBOne.
