Bardiche looks like Linith (Precia's Familiar), which reminds me that in Sound Stage 2 of season one, something happened between Linith and Bardiche before he became Fate's Intelligent Device...hmmm

And Raising Heart Zeon reminds me of Vita-chan...

hmm...Bardiche seems rather tame dont you think? and Raising Heart doesnt seem to be what i image

but i guess its a good correspondence to each of their master's personalities...

You do realize he was actually deliberate in being unoriginal? He even made another koma where he explicitly makes fun of the fact that Bardiche resembles Linith. I'll give you a link later once I get some sleep.

I figure Birdiche might be like an attentive knight or samurai himself. Like one of those cavalry-type guys.
