Murasame k2 needs a blueprint and looks pretty much the way she looks on the calendar.
What I don't understand is why she needs a blueprint an action report though...

The 12.7 c alone certainly doesn't justify it .. and neither does the *3 AA weapon ...

That being said I got no idea what level she needs for her K2, as mine was already lv85.

She apparently needs an action report instead of a BP and can also equip Daihatsu, the Command Facilities and has a really high ASW stat..

Tatsuta Kai/Kai Ni have a quest that required you to sortie with 3 DE/DD in 1-4 and A rank the boss twice and do the same with 1-6. One of the rewards is a Action Report, so you wont have a excuse to not Kai Ni Naganami or Murasame, or just saving those for Musashi Kai Ni, who is assumed to need those. Or other future Kai Ni.

Now, Tanaka, humor me with your next CL kai ni, who wont be Yahagi or Noshiro, because reasons.

PS: I hope someone photoshop Murasame Kai Ni CG with the Geass Eye.

If you are talking about the heterochromia - thats real.

I can just repeat what I said on the wiki in that regard: If the red eye glows like Yuudachi's eyes it will make her look like an abyssal.

At last, Yura Kai Ni's use of seaplane fighter have been useful to me, for the 5-1 and 5-3 part of the Murasame/4th Torpedo Squadron sortie quest. Still, Abukuma is still better for sortie and Kinu for expedition so I understand why many claim than Yura should be considered as a low-priority ship.

If by ''15'' you mean the PvP/sortie quest, I did it with using 1 Yugumo and 1 Kagerou.

What level requirement do you suspect for Musashi?
I mean I could easily level her to 90 since she gets the MVP status in 90% of all cases but... Resources ><

I wouldn't be surprised if she end up getting the highest requirement so far, or at least equal to Nagato, but I am rather bad at predicting what direction the devs are going so...

One thing for sure, sorting her after her getting Kai Ni will be more expensive than before.

Rocket Launcher came just in time for Hyuuga birthday. "You thought your birthday present will be a super Zuiun? BUT IT WAS ME ROCKET LAUNCHER KAI-KUN!"
It seems to give bonus AA when equiped on Ise-class BB tho.

The 46cm Triple Gun Mount kai may or may not be default equip for Musashi K2.

As for the FM2, if it confirms another USN ship, time to lower your expectations because those were on CVE!

The devs probably shoot themselves in the foot with Shirano; it's been too long since they hinted at it and whatever they would choose to do, would likely end up being a expensive white elephant, unless they really disregard her probable capacity and history. As for Big E. it's likely than they will keep her for a great occasion, best bets would be the start of Kacolle 2.0 or it's first anniversary.
