The latest volume (volume 6) came out September last year (2019). And at the end of volume 6 it said volume 7 was coming out on Spring.

...But Spring season has passed already in Japan.

Harem fans hate NTR and cheating and they even hate non virgins so why add NTR and even make the MC accept the cheating

So to add a bit more life to the discussion: the novel has lots of NTR and borderline NTR scenes. That got on my nerves, but what killed it for me is, that the jokes are barely funny the first time and they get replayed over and over. I kinda liked the story in the beginning, but it stopped taking itself seriously even at the bare minimum, which is the point that I realized it's not for me. Also, almost all the girls managed to make themselves very unlikable, which is an achievement in itself.
