Ok, that's just some scene I put there. There's scene where Akatsuki, Miyu, and Listy to mall, and Akatsuki became molester to Miyu and Listy in monorail and also Miyu and Listy got lost and met some weird man.
That weird man used some technique that even surpass the Linked Enery Manipulation and no one in their current world able to wield it (according to the volume).

He used Haki「覇気」which took several thugs consciousness when those guys harassing some old man. The old man just wondered what happened but the weird man only targeting those thugs.

Oh, that scene when Miyu and Listy already left so they didn't really know how strong that weird man.
My guess that weird man is Ousawa Gouki, Akatsuki's father

I read in Shinmai thread that author has planned Hagure Yuusha Volume before he ends Shinmai series.

Yeah, after reading chapter 2 I maybe think the same with translator back then. Chapter 2 is story around Onizuka and Tiana Randelhaus. This Tiana is kinda annoying but she's actually member of Scarlet Dusk.

Chapter 3 is the same but a bit better because this time the story around Akatsuki and how he met Cecil. Cecil Endheart (not sure, maybe Einhart? )

listen i'd take an english translation of any time. This is a top tier show but the lack of translation kills it. the anime was great despite it's flaws (mainly akatsuki's antics) but the arc coming up would be brilliant

My speed of translating really abysmal

For chapter 2 volume 9, I just read about part 3 (reading while translating making my reading pace so slow)

Spoiler for part 1 and 2, and Tiana conceptual ability:

part 1 and 2 about Tiana vs Kyouya. In this part explained the Tiana's conceptual ability which named "Order Draw"
ability to pull any object that directly registered into her recognition memory.

Actually, Kyouya was dead once against Tiana because once the object registered, if the object is living thing, it will be removed automatically if the object is dead.
The fact the object was removed once so Kyouya was dead once.

But there's possibility for people who trained themselves and entered superhuman domain to freely control their nervous system. In some of those people, that said there's ability even to temporarily stopping the heart beat.

So Tiana thought maybe Kyouya did something like that.

The end of fight, Kyouya already manifested the higher dimensional being power to the defeated Tiana.

Ryouhei and Minami touched Miyu just before fighting Kaidou and Haruka. From Minami said, those two were able to elevate their spirit to higher level thanks to that even without revisiting otherworld once more.

Kaidou couldn't really use his conceptual ability "Mind Bind" because of mental wavelength that Miyu produced.
Kaidou defeated Ryouhei using "Zone" claiming that it wasn't only Akki who able to use it (Does anyone know what he meant with "zone"?)
Haruka defeated Minami when Minami was distracted after seeing Ryouhei defeated.

In large arena, Akatsuki fought 3 black dragons which the base stat of it was Zahaak with parameters were set to strongest.
Listy fought 1 black dragon.
After disposing all dragons, (those two defeated their respective enemies, Akatsuki 3 and Listy 1), Akatsuki was staggered to stand.
Listy understood that so she told Akatsuki to take her energy. She heard before from Lutiel during their journeys to vanquish Garius, they once were splitted to two man cell, and it's Akatsuki and Lutiel.
At that time the condition was so bad, sometime the fight turned to battle of attrition, so Akatsuki replenish his energy by taking Lutiel's.

When Haruka came to his side, he finished his "usual" technique (you know what I meant )
and requested Haruka to take care Listy.
Haruka saw something tremendous when she saw Akatsuki there. (I forgot what was something tremendous, maybe I think it's the effect Akatsuki absorbing Listy's energy).
Lastly, Haruka agreed to protect Listy and the preparation to fight is ready.

I remember that when Akatsuki fought with his father's copy, he managed to use this "zone". It's like power boost, because Akatsuki was in Alayzard several times (maybe). And the second time he used it against Kaidou, when he used the "zone" to free himself from Kaidou's chains

Wait, what? That "zone" is actually domain? In chapter 1 I remember it, but since I read the translated version, I thought it's just simply Akatsuki elevated himself to higher domain.

I think I'll need to check first chapter first.

Onizuka severely wounded as he protected Tiana from flame explosion.
Kyouya taunted Tiana that her toy finally broken, this made Tiana angry.
She made put 5 object in her recognition memory. (Not mentioned what but I think those were her 4 limbs and Onizuka).
She made some smokescreen (I forgot the exact scene with what she made it), and ran away while carrying Onizuka.

Kyouya actually wanted to test more about his new power so he didn't use his conceptual power. His conceptual power was named "Double Delete" (written as 対極消滅). It was the actualization of two most contrast power disposition (ice and fire).
Since he grasped the situation within JPN Babel thanks to tapping Miyu's power, he knew where Tiana ran but when he saw Akatsuki went to Miyu's position, he smiled and thought it didn't matter which, whether Tiana or Akatsuki. He wanted the enemy where he could test his new power.

Meanwhile, Tiana was running away while carrying Onizuka, but due to severe Onizuka's injury, his body temperature dropped significantly. Tiana put him down and took the cylindrical case from her pocket. Within that there were Phoenix cells which gave glimmering scarlet. At first she was conflicted whether this was the right thing to do because it's possible the living body would reject the foreign object and broke his body completely and another thing, if he was saved, he would have to live from now on as a monster because of semi immortality. But Tiana decides that she wanted Onizuka alive, she broke the cells to liquid state, put it in her mouth and kiss Onizuka while let him drank the liquefied Phoenix cells.

In that time too, JP Govt decided to launch cluster nuke missile. But Babel tower "removed" the threat with light (beam) attack. And continued with another attack to nuclear powered submarines JP Govt had.

Michael Arkwood and Lytia Crusch saw that from satellite camera real-time and was going to depart from Heathrow airport.

The last, the fight between Akatsuki and Kyouya finally started.

chapter 4 summary

Spoiler for summary vol 09 ch 04:

The fight started with Akatsuki attacked with barrage of fist.
The target was Kyouya's face.
No other target because the fight wouldn't start if Akatsuki hadn't punch Kyouya in face.

After some fight sequence, Akatsuki able to grazed Kyouya's cheek without Kyouya's able to realize until his cheek bleed (I forgot what made Akatsuki angry).
Kyouya seemed in good mood, and then changed the room where Miyu sleeping, and them to some unfamiliar part of city.
Kyouya explained that it looks the same with not virtual space but actually the real space within the room they were. I didn't pay much attention there but the word is 実想現実 (read it as: Jissou genjitsu) as opposite with 仮想現実 (kasou genjitsu), virtual space
In there they could fight the their like without actually worrying about damaging the surrounding environment.

In there, the fight started, every Akatsuki's attack easily blocked by Kyouya.
Akatsuki thought he wouldn't able to win the current power he spent and then attacking with after entering "domain".
After several attacks able to damage Kyouya, suddenly the "domain" that Akatsuki used released and the circulated inner energy finally took its toll to Akatsuki's body.
The final attack that Kyouya gave to Akatsuki was blizzard, Akatsuki thought Kyouya would attack him after stopping his movement with blizzard but Akatsuki was mistaken about that. The blizzard itself actually the attack the Kyouya made. Every part of blizzard actually the diamond dust.
Maybe like infinite blade attack?

Back to the actual room, when Kyouya wanted to finish Akatsuki, but suddenly Kaidou appeared there.
He was able to freely use his "Mind Bind" again and tried to fight Kyouya wit that. But after the link between Kyouya and Miyu strengthened, Kyouya able to neutralize conceptual ability and made any attack with conceptual ability rendered useless.

The last resort Kaidou took was aiming his chain to Miyu, seeing that Kyouya immediately protect Miyu, and it gave Kaidou some opening in Kyouya's, he took knife from his pocket after grabbing it in some kitchen, and slashed Kyouya's neck.

Kaidou thought Kyouya was finished, after that he saw Kyouya as if Kyouya was unwinding himself. The every spilled blood rushed back to Kyouya and even the the sign of slashed neck.

Kaidou defeated too. After Kaidou defeated, the link between JPN Babel and outer connection was reconnected, Kyouya thought maybe Kaidou didn't intend to appear immediately but after seeing that Kyouya was going to finish Akatsuki, he had to come out before the link reconnected.
With that connection, Kyouya made appeal to everyone in the world that he had acquire ability that able to put a leash on COCOON and Scarlet Dusk, he even leaked a file about Y Project, the official name was Yahweh Project.
The concept was the earth/world looked as one of higher dimensional being and by controlling it, COCOON would be able to manage the humanity better.
Kyouya pointed that act was actually the betrayal of humanity and he pleaded if people wanted to dispose COCOON, he would do it the name of people wish.

Hearing that, Cecil wanted to make her move but then suddenly another voice leaked beside of Kyouya's voice. That's Akatsuki's voice.

After several questions and answer. Kyouya finally revealed that wasn't Akatsuki that actually wanted to destroy the world, revealing that his father was the founder of Scarlet Dusk and his brother was COCOON No. 1.

Akatsuki didn't deny it, Kyouya said if Akatsuki wanted to destroy world, if it was the result of defeating COCOON, then it might be so.
----Skipping the talk-no-jutsu---

Akatsuki only wanted to protect people he wanted to protect. Suddenly the Babel Tower was shook, when Kyouya looked outside, it was because the attack of golem. In it's shoulder there were Kuzuha and Chikage.

Kyouya attacked with beam to that golem and golem together with Kuzuha and Chikage vanished without trace. Kyouya sneered Akatsuki that his talk to protect without power was nothing and the fact that Akatsuki couldn't save them.

Akatsuki was angry but he still powerless against Kyouya. In the verge of losing consciousness, Akatsuki made a plea to his body that he need power badly, he didn't want another tragedy like Sakuya and Leon, because of his powerlessness.

When Kyouya thought Akatsuki finally finished. He saw Akatsuki stood up walking to him. He released his high level magic but it landed behind Akatsuki. Kyouya didn't see it but he released magic again, this time he saw the magic actually gone through Akatsuki's body.

Uhh, too long. Skipped immediately.
Well, it's actually hidden technique of Linked Energy Manipulation, the technique that created in higher layer of gods reside.

With that, Akatsuki finally defeated Kyouya.

Phew, that's a hell long of summary.
It's actually long chapter and many info I skipped, like the intel about Alleyzard that Kyouya knew from Miranda Quinty.
