Could this be implying a possible GENESIS continuation after Horizon is done? Or is he talking about Horizon as a whole there? Looks like the latter but well, if possibility of continuation is a large factor in Kawakami's planning....

AFAIK he's talking in general, and not especially about one of his title.

He did mention about his next work, that he's not sure if it should be in the same world with same characters (of Horizon) or not. If that's the case then he is going to keep half of the characters only.

I kind of think so too, but then again, it would also fit the way he writes in general....having the start being two volumes and then keeping the core cast while adding in new characters if the work is well received. Unfortunately he wasn't more explicit what he was actually referring to....

Ok, so after browsing Tv tropes, I came across a section mentioning that Nate and Tomo are (at Horizon's) request part of Toori's harem so as to make sure he never gets sad and to acknowledge their feelings for him. Can someone tell me which novel volume does this happen in?

Last time I ever touched this series, Neito was meeting her mother who was wondering why the former was wearing a collar.

Later in volume 5 or beginning of volume 6, don't really remember but what I still remember was how Horizon said that Toori-sama won't last. She was talking about how he was still getting affected by all the pressure and emotions, to understand the depth of what's happening to him you should keep reading.

Toori died at the end of volume 10-B, he finally cried thanks to Horizon who told him that in a world where she can live, he should be allowed to cry (IIRC). He was resurrected after that and after all what happened he can show his emotions since his contract is no longer in effect.

Yes, he can no longer use that ability. In exchange he can use Godly abilities but only when he and the ones fighting with him, a.k.a Asama and Nate met certain conditions. Asama ends up getting a massive power up after losing quite a bit of her own power since she's no longer part of the Asama Shrine because to fight with Toori she must leave, he'll be able to supply Asama with power if she becomes his shrine maiden now that Toori is a god (almost), and Nate can use her spirit form while using the Silver Sword (that Nate's grandmother had used but had never responded for her mother).
Toori is not entirely a God, so you can say that he's less capable than before, he can still use this massive power since he's close to being deified.

And the last..after toori back to life..that mean he free from stupid rule like crossdresing and naked right? Or he still need doing that

I always saw the cross dressing part as him wanting to entertain and make jokes as part of his contract instead of it being part of his character.

If he's still doing that
