Well, in Lucca's defense, maybe she trusted that Sylvia would survive? She may not have counted on her teleporting behind her and knocking her off of Gawain, but still (she was probably thinking Sylvia would be forced to jump and lose that way).

Yeah, they were homing, but once the match ended and it was noticed that Sylvia's life is in danger, people would save her. No one wants Her Highness the Princess to die (except Lucca, maybe).

There isn't a conclusion to the harem.

The main plot ended before he picked one/all of them, so we never get to see it.

And the kid isn't his or Eco's.

Okay? That's still what the people who've read the ending have given us.

There was no actual decision about the harem, the kid is someone reborn or something, and shennanigans with the girls continues.

^^If it is a fantasy series and your favorite female character isn't the main heroine in a harem story, you'd want harem end so that she'll be happy. That just applies to fantasy novels though.
And that's just my opinion. I don't know the reason for other people.

I just want all of the girls in a harem setting to be happy, if possible (I just don't like incest unless it involves cousins). Of course, there are series where I prefer OTP. But this isn't one of them.
