has, but wouldn't be easier if they all wer the same form but only diference to be in their tails number. Did the bijuu's took there form by possessing some random animals they could find because they didn't have a body of their own?

And another thing, if Juubi had ten tails when sage seperated him, wouldnt all others bijuu gain just one tail. Because when you count the numbe of tails of all the bijjus have there is definently more then ten tails.

Considering that we lack a full purpose Bijuu thread, this thread is dedicated to the general discussion of the various Bijuu and their purpose and definition within the Narutoverse and the story of Naruto.

Note, this is not, I repeat not, a [manga] only thread. Since the Bijuu have appeared more in the anime than the manga, even if the anime represented filler rather than canon, I wanted to make sure that anime-only viewers can enter this thread to discuss the differences between the anime and manga interpretation of the Bijuu (and their various powers, etc). So, please use Spoiler Tags where appropriate (please remember that the lack of spoiler tags around manga information can result in an infraction or a potential brief ban).

So questions concerning Sora and the Sanbi (etc) are more than appropriate for this thread (though, bear in mind, this is not a Jinchuuriki thread, but rather a Bijuu thread, so discussions of the containers should be only relevant in so far as the Bijuu is concerned (i.e. the characters who hold the Bijuu are unimportant, but how the Bijuu shape the people who hold it are important)).

That being said, since there is so little solid information concerning the Bijuu, this will be a constantly expanding thread. But, until such a time as the full history of these various beasts is revealed, please feel free to use this thread to discuss the various possibilities and theories concerning the Bijuu.

I wonder how the beasts have been kept to the various villages and my theory is that most of them were extracted from their hosts and implanted into new hosts when the hosts were not suited to act as an ultimate weapon for one of the villages anymore.

In my humble opinion it's possible that the 3-tails was extracted and not put into a new body or they simply failed doing so.
I just don't think they failed because the village was in trouble and thus they might simply have lost control over the situation.

It is not impossible that regular bijuu survive their hosts' deaths since Kyuubi's chakra is somehow different. Jiraiya had this scroll/key thingand the nature of the seal might decide on what happens with the bijuu when the host dies.

Well the scroll/frog is a key, Jiraiya left to Naruto. It's purpose it's to seal or unseal the nine tails chakra inside of Naruto.

Gerotora (ゲロ寅) is a "scroll toad", a rare species that closely guards whatever secret is written on its scroll-abdomen until his contractor dies. He resides in the body of his contractor, and is known for his excellent endurance.

Gerotora guards the scroll which acts as the "key" to the Eight Trigrams Seal on Naruto Uzumaki's stomach. The key is left to Jiraiya after the death of Minato Namikaze, and Jiraiya in turn leaves it to Naruto when he dies. Gerotora voices his concern about this, pointing out that the key is being left atop the very "safe" it opens. He also does not think Naruto is ready to tamper with the seal. Jiraiya said that Minato gave him the key's jutsu design as a sign that Minato intended Naruto to complete an unknown jutsu.

Godd question. It is currently unknown how the Kyuubi si actually "split". Yes it is a yin and yang "split", but it is unknown what yin or yang mean in this context (chakra? mind? body? soul? etc). Suffice to say, the Kyuubi almost went all 9-tails during the Pain Invasion, so presumably all of the chakra is contained in Naruto...

-Hmm, Kishimoto did dodge to answer the whole question about Yin and Yang natured chakra so I'll bet that had something to do with it as well. Unlike elemental chakra, Yin and Yang seems like a special case. We can see that Naruto has enough chakra to almost complete a full Kyuubi so the split is not by quantity. What about malice? We have heard that the Kyuubi is summoned when enough human malice occurs. Perhaps Yondaime Hokage took with him the very source of that hatred, though the Kyuubi is still pretty pissed and malicious but then again, its a gigantic-monster-killer.

Basicly when Minato seperated the Kyuubi. He didn't seperate the amount of chakra kyuubi had. I think he sealed some of the kyuubi's powers with himself, weakening kyuubi enough so he can seal all of the chakra inside of Naruto.(Thats why Naruto can preform the full transformation).

Imagine if the Raikage could teach Naruto how to control his Bijuu just like how Killer Bee and Yuugito Nii were able to do so. Naruto would kick Sasuke's butt.

I have a question? Because Juubi has both rinnegan and sharingan. Does that mean that even if he is a bijju, that he can use to powers of rinnegan and sharingan, including MS and EMS?
And does his jinchuuriki can poses his bloodline(rinnegan and sharingan). And be able to use all of it's powers?

It was stated somewhere that the Raikage was highly skilled in Sealing Techniques (Fuuinjutsu) and was able to make a seal that allowed Killer Bee and Yuugito Nii to fully access their Bijuu's final form without losing their minds to the beast.

We finally found out nine tails true name, Kuruma.

Based on the last chapter, it would seem that Kuruma is indeed the strongest among the bijuu's. Also it's interesting that when Naruto transformed into Kuruma their for was different from B's. This is probably because Naruto is an Uzumaki.

I have a question. When Naruto transformed into full version of Kuruma, was Kuruma in the control of it's 'chakra body' that was around Naruto, or did Naruto had full control?

Free roaming Bijuu are most likely when the jinchuuriki got killed with the bijuu still inside. The bijuu eventually reformed/revived some time after in some other location and no one has found it yet.

I wonder how will Naruto be affected by receiving chakra from the tailed beast taht they gave him. Will he get their individual powers (having lava control from five tail beats etc). And if bijuu's are all released in the end what do you think will they do? Will they continue to destroy, or will there be peace between people and them thanks to Naruto? And what will they do after Naruto is gone? Will they still continue to respect Naruto and not attack? Imo I think bijuu's will stay loyal to Naruto's descendants.
