Here's my drawing of Barasuishou from Rozen Maiden Traumend.

(it might be a little dark though)

Yeah it's nice (personnaly i like the dress), but doesn't she look a bit stiffy? There's something about the neck and the shoulders that puzzles me, but i couldn't tell, as i absolutely can't draw myself.

Hey nice pic you got there!

A few tips I can offer would be to practise anatomy and I personally find it better to draw the lines in 1 color (yellow doesn't stand out enough).
