Natsuko dropped the facade and there's no turning back. Although if she did turn on her good girl mode again, I wouldn't even be surprised if most of her classmates accepted it without batting an eye, allowing her to manipulate them. Not the MC though.

There is a cover art out there that suggests her being the replacement for the previous heroine.
The anime is clearly meant as a continuation of the previous work too, as it keeps putting out hints you won't fully understand unless you read the prequel.

I get where you're coming from since her last name was emphasized but... that ED doesn't make her look like heroine material to me. It's making her look pretty insane.

I wasn't referring to that but a cover art showing certain characters at certain positions opposite of where their supposed counterparts used to be.

I don't think she is the heroine either, btw. The cover art just makes it look like it by putting certain characters directly oppsite of others.

Atm I am waiting for them to show the flashback thats supposed to tell the audience how the last game ended so I can finally write down a theory that is steaming through my mind, ever since I read the last manga chapter.

Well she is certainly counterpart of previous heroine. Evil counterpart that is. Similarities between characters doesn't always mean similar role in story as well...

Natsuko is a bitch, even in the prequel, she just held her bitchiness in and acted nice in front of others and especially her boyfriend until she snapped.

BTW, Natsuko has a habit of calling Nobuaki a lying hypocrite and hated him for giving hope to others, but she's a far worse lying manipuated bitch.

Ironically, her boyfriend back in the prequel is like a mix between Kenta (the muscle guy) and Nobuaki.

All I'll say to that is Yuno. That girl looked absolutely nuts in her opening and we all know that she killed her rival for main lead (which just happened to also be herself). But seriously Yuno seems like the sweetest girl around right now next to this chick.

Not even getting the "it's good because it's so bad vibe" here, it's just kinda boring.
And another one of those super cliche "the power of friendship" maincharacters with the most generic design, I can't handle those anymore it's painful.

Given that Kushida in "Classroom of the Elite", when psycho and then back to 'normal' and Ayanokouji just accepted isn't the same though. In this case Natsuko went crazy in front of the whole class. She can't just turn it off & on now.

So Kana became the latest victim of the game. I honestly can't feel a thing for any character that dies in the show. No character development at all.

I think we're also going to get Natsuko going into her psycho mode next time? Uh oh..

This is like Danganronpa and Another had a weird red headed love child. At this point Im mostly amused by what jerks all the classmates are in both the flashback and actual timeline (and dear god can we stop jumping around).

I will say whats her name going all yandere was a surprise, I hope she dies next

The way things are set up feels incredibly anticlimactic. I'll give next week a try in hope for a plot twist, but I'm not holding my breath.

That Kenta guy seems pretty nice and reasonable. He's totally dying next, isn't he? And as I thought, it looks like most of the class will follow Natsuko despite what they just witnessed.

In the flashback, the King was totally trolling when he sent out a super minor punishment to the girl who just jumped to her death to avoid... dying. That's twice that happened (Kenta killed himself out of his own volition too since the message said obedience confirmed) and it still doesn't make sense.

If you could tell Natsuko what you just said, and if she could give an answer, it would probably look like this:

'Who is dere?'

Seriously I doubt she has ever had a crush on Noubaki. Yeah she blushed a bit, but that doesn't really say much in anime. She clearly had an ulterior motive from the get-go

Spoiler for more about Natsuko: She's actually the twin sister of Chiemi, the heroine from the original Ousama Game where Nobuaki is the protagonist. Spoiler for Ousama Game: Renjou: Natsuko snapped hard when the gyaru bitch mocked her boyfriend for being the kind-hearted idiot (like Nobuaki) after she confessed to Kentarou that she killed the girlfriend of one of his buddies out of spite, and the nice guy only wanted her to apologize in front of their corpse. She proceeded to trash the bitch and killed her violently in a very satisfying fashion, much to her boyfriend horror (then she tried to get away with it saying that she lost herself and trying to use her body to seduce the guy, the poor guy was too scared of her since then though). Guess what, Natsuko will act in the same fashion as the first bitch she killed.
