Strongest NINJA are not bloodline advance ppl
wats so special bout bloodline advance clans.
uchiha was called the "most powerful clan" in da village. (got raped by 1 single nin from the same clan) Hyuga was has the "secreted eye and tai-jutsu" in da village. (which does nothing but abuse each other with curses) Haku has the "unbeatable jutsu". (which was beaten by the fox) that dude with the chakra absorbing power. (he was owned by handicap sasuke) and HECK, the strongest of the village is not from any of these blood advance clans. the HOKAGE is not bloodly gifted, but hes the strongest.... the KAZEKAGE is probably not bloodly advance, and hes the strongest of his village. |

Well.. you're not nessescarily "deemed" unique just because you have a skill such as.. say, sewing for example. The Hokage is just powerful because he knows how to utilize his jutsus and ninja skills in combat.
It's not the size of your jutsu, its how you use it

My 2 cents:
Bloodlines help, especially when you're starting out as a ninja: you have distinctive skills that very few people know how to defend against (b/c they haven't seen it before) As you climb through the ninja ranks, however, you find that you not-so-gifted contemporaries have found ways to hang and the advantage is much less significant. Example: Aburame clan (Shino) Lets bugs do fighting. Effective against other genin/chuunin Aburame clan (Shino's dad) Lets bugs do figting. Can't really see him as a taijutsu expert, flying through trees & throwing fireballs, etc. Tends to rely on essentially the same skills he had in the academy. Nothing WRONG with this, but not as effective against ninja who have seen your bugs before. And this time, the enemy has all-new skills and techniques to formulated AGAINST YOU, as well as new strategies you haven't seen before. If you've improved as well, great, but I think most bloodline people rest on their laurels a little too much and believe in the innate superiority of their ability to bother learning completely new stuff. |

ill explain it like this.. using muscle cars from te 1960s and 1970s.. (cuz japanese cars suck, bleh)
say you buy a 1968 Shelby GT-500, as depicted in the movie Gone in 60 Seconds, but its stock, without any NOS, and you beat the hell out of this 1967 Plymouth Fury 3... untill one day the owner of the plymouth says "screw this ima work hard and build up my car" in a year that Plymouth is pounding your ass with a souped up 383 Magnum 6-Pack get it ? ;-)

I think what Nine Devil means is the generation of Uzumakis' that will follow if every thing goes right; such as Naruto's untimely demise without passing his gene to a suitable candidate (Hinata)
