Well, it looks like they are using flashbacks instead. As I recall when the MC inherited the house he didn't tell them about his teacher then. They just somehow found out later.

Yeah, about the only interesting parts of his childhood are details about his family, the failed expedition to clear out the monsters in the forest, and the varities of magic he learns. (Making sea salt, forcefully scanning/pulling metals out of the ground, teleportation, using magic to make soy into miso and such, etc...)

He was afraid that if his family found out about his magic they would think he would try stealing the position of head of family from the oldest brother and poison him to death, so he pretty much never talks to anyone or reveals his magic and flies off to the coast/plains when experimenting with stuff. (His family more or less realizes he can use magic as well by how many animals he hunts, etc... though for the same reason they never bring it up)


The author of the WN seemed to be pretty unskilled at writing when he started the series part of why it might have been so rough with almost no dialogue. Though it got much better later.

Don't get me wrong i'm fine with this skip but i just want chapter 1 is explain details about his family and how he become magic master then time skip he left home to go adventurer that all.

i agree with your point his childhood is kinda boring and quiet long only few is interesting so i don't mind they skip this part.

Magic in that world is basically bound by mana amount and control, can literally do anything.

The magicians in that world use a sort of "mana trading" ability to increase their individual mana. Basically each person has a different max mana limit, by training/meditating they can increase their mana towards that limit.

Alternatively if you "trade mana" with someone who has over your max mana limit, then it basically instantly increases your mana to its limit.


Early on the MC has a low mana limit and gradually increases it as he learns magic, later on he meets more powerful magicians that work for nobles/that kingdom and trades mana with them increasing his limit to one of the tops of the kingdom/continent. (He still doesn't reach his limit even after that, but his mana essentially becomes the same as the #1 in mana in the kingdom and from there increases further as he trains)


Putting aside the limit, control is based on knowledge basically and MC has isekai knowledge h4x. Knowledge of materials, physics, and such...


Commonly used abilities by magicians: Life/Mana Detection, Teleport, Flight, Barriers, Magic Attacks (elemental blasts AoE & Indivdiual)
Not So Common: Light/Healing/Holy/Purification Magic, Architecture Magic (the ability to unbuild buildings store them in dimensional bags and then re-construct them in different places), applications of magic to cause fermentation (used to make both soy & alcohol based products)

There's also other unique magics, like summoning spirits of the dead, golems, etc...

Also, the dimensional bag items total size is based on the users mana amount, more mana = bigger size space.


The MC is generally strong at all the more common magics and one of the strongest in the kingdom that can use all elements with mid-range attack magic + barriers + flight/teleport. Simply put an all rounder with tons of mana. His overall mana is huge and he can use large range AoE abilities of the basic earth/etc... magics so he's often used for construction products, creating waterways/foundations for cities/forts, etc...

Also to add, why that world isn't in total chaos with that being the case, talent as a magician is uncommon. Or more like the method to figure out if you have talent as a magician in that society isn't spread to commoners. Few people manage to even become mages and even fewer of those have talent for it.

The oldest one is currently 25(27?), with another 30 year old possibly going to be added. He is like 17(+25-38?) The youngest one he's slept with is like 15-16. They are mostly 16-20.

One of the MCs more unique abilities which is only found out after he starts having sex with his wives after officially marrying them. By having infinite sex he can artifically produce mages by increasing their "upper limit" of mana which normally is impossible to increase through training.

The MCs original party had the "magic brawler" Ruize, and the spear fighter Ina, the healer Erize. Katarina & Kachiya were considerably powerful magic users/fighters/adventurers when they first met the MC.

Tereze was about the only non-fighter so far that went from nothing to decently strong with magic thanks to his ability. The rest got a huge bonus in their mana limit, from the lower ranks up to middle-high rank.

His adventurer party is basically filled with his wives now and can basically rival armies/dragons and armies of dragons as well. They often BBQ wyverns on the beach and catch the local leviathans for lunch.

Basically, they were mostly "normally" strong from the start and got even more powerful thanks to magic. Most of the adventures are clearing ruins early on or exploring the forest in his territory. The MC often gripes about being an adventurer and not a construction worker when more than half of the jobs he gets force him to do land devleopment.

Oh, it seem like you left out the fact that he can use kamehameha. Also if I am not wrong didn't he and one of his wife learn from the strongest Mage in the kingdom and gain like 3 new skill from him? One of those magic is hax but it seem like he haven't use it yet at where I am at right now, so I am wondering does he ever use it?

Erich didn't get land, he was given post of managing the financial affair of the kingdom, while also the successor to the peerage of his wife's family... and sometimes he was ordered by the king to help manage Venderin's territory, such as when he got caught in Empire's civil war for almost 2 years

His wives are strong but not as much as him, maybe 10% of him?
