There's 7 volumes currently released in Japan, it's manga adaptation was cancelled due to the manga artist passing away. Fan translations are still in volume 1.

I just statisfied myself by reading the manga ver for now. Hope someone who read the raw or at least have more info about the story can give us some info of each volume.

For now i just guess the story from illustration, haha

There's basically no spoilers except

Spoiler for :

Aikawa confirming her feelings for Kakeru in volume 3 and Kakeru's female subordinates selling Aikawa to other men due to their jealousy in volume 6

but that's it, I really wish we had summaries of the volumes, maybe we'll have that after this gets an anime and attracts more attention, it's also a shame that the translations are pretty slow too.

As much as I would love to see Ecstas win, I doubt that it will happen. Rakudai has a way bigger fanbase, just look at the difference in the number of votes.

? What do you mean? Hellshaft/Kakeru is the only male protagonist, the focus of the story is almost completely on him, even the novel is from his point of view. Other males are basically secondary characters that are from the human side(his classmates) and his 2 male subordinates in the demon side.

I personally think that he is better than most harem MC's since he at least is not afraid of touching tits and kissing the girls and I can't really blame him for some of his mistakes since Kakeru is a loner who never really had much contact with people but yeah, it does get better(some japanese readers said that the story get's more interesting) volume 3 looks pretty dope, also, since it's Kuji Masamune we're talking about, there's a big possibility that MC will become pretty alpha by the end of the series.
