Thumbs up Full scale Gundam in Japan!!!

I just found out this web site by accident and I want you to know that Japanese try to make a real GUNDAM.

Link = http://gundampilotspaz.com/tag/japan/

Sorry for my bad English

The direct link is here: http://gundampilotspaz.com/2007/07/1...ndam-in-japan/

And the main source is here: http://robot.watch.impress.co.jp/cda...07/17/563.html

It really is an impressive project, the fact that a company would go to the trouble of doing this shows you how much Japan respects it's creepy anime nerds.

Unfortunately I could not find the exact dimensions although I looked as hard as I could online. The broken English from the that site once translated by babelfish isn't too helpful. But it seems the Gundam is a small part of a much larger interactive Gundam themed attraction. With people dressed up as characters and they make the it look like you have stepped inside the Anime.

Thanks for the plug!

Or a proof of how much do those creepy anime nerds pay.

Something crazy like this could only be done by Japanese and nobody else anyhow I would really like to see this in person. Now if they would only make life size Death Scythe Hell Custom and make it stand and show it at night.

Does anyone happen to know where exactly this thing is? I plan on going next spring, and I'd love nothing better than to have my friend record me climbing into the ol' 78-2.

It's somewhere at the base of Mount Fuji.

Exactly where I'm not sure, but if you search though the page I linked to above (after translating it) you might find something a bit more specific.
