That means that either squonjon -2 or ChibiDusk - 2 is guaranteed to be at least 2nd runner up since we are going to have at least one Easter banner. (Check the rules in the original contest posting.) That is good for them, but for the sake of competition I am hoping for some more nominations for Dark_Voodoo - 1, NightWish - 1 and Cruzz - 1. Those are all just a nomination away from contention and have an Easter theme.

PS. I have been trying to figure out what to do if there is a tie for 10th place. After some thought I have decided that any banners tying for 10th place will also get included in the poll even if they make the poll larger than 10 options. Does anyone have any comments? Am I wrong or right? This isn't set in stone yet.

OHOHOHOH< i didnt vote, i guess im a swing voter and you guys can lobby my vote with love and candy since valentines day is coming up. I think there is a sale on those candy hearts with the funny messages on them for like 2 bucks a pound at walmart. and sending your love to me is free, it just depends on how much love you choose to give me. I think the best way to do that is writing a poem to me on a 20 dollar bill.

oh, and my first vote goes to my future-former lover, chibichibi:

I think that it would be nice to have a wider variety to vote for, so yeah all those that are trying for 10th place go on a poll ^_^ Your right.

How many active members are there on this board? Judging from the members list I figure there are around 8k registered. Where are all those nominations? It's more interesting if all of you members give some input.

We're almost at the end of the nomination period now. I'm going to be closing this thread in about 49 hours from the time I post this. Perhaps people are waiting until the deadline to upset the voting? If anyone out there is waiting for the last minute before you decide to post your nomination, post it now before it is too late.

If you wait another day, you might forget about it until too late or else your internet connection could go down or your computer could crash. If that happens then your favorite banner might not make it to the vote.

We're having more chatting in this thread right now, than nomination so unless I see nominations I'm not going to updating the vote count.

Actually, no. Your vote doesn't count. You stated that you were going to be voting again so I didn't count you. I'm not going to count you until you are ready to make your final vote.
