Another video posted yesterday, one I could use a translator for.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_vJdT6ynKD0 Anyone know exactly what Colleen's story is? |

If you want non-spoilery just-show-me-gameplay videos, they've started to appear on gametrailers.com. They also have general setting videos and such. The gameplay videos reminded me enough of my first play-through of the first game that I'm all excited again .

Well, the game will be out on this side of the Pacific/Eurasian landmass this summer. I've waited longer for games, by all means, and the plot will be mostly unchanged. And you could just wait for it to come out and play it for all the spoilers you want.

Six-nine months between Japan and stateside releases is actually extremely short, compared to the kinds of waits I'm used to. I'm sort of wondering why people want to be spoiled on the story without the whole experience of playing the game that goes along with it, but that's neither here nor there. As long as all significant spoilers (even after the US/European releases) are properly tagged, I don't think there's an issue with it, though.
Probably won't stop me from not visiting this thread until after my first playthrough, after I get my grubby hands on it.

My thoughts exactly. Though, I waited from 2006ish-Oct. 2008 for another game, so 6-9 months is nothing. Actually, now that I think about it, how long did VC1 take to translate?

That's shorter than I'd figured. Though I'm confident that VC2's translation will be satisfactoy at least. I think they already have a fair deal of it translated - it's just finalization and shipping that takes a while.

So in the game do you actually get to wield the powers of the valkyria this time around with Eliasse??, cuz that would be dope, still love her whip attack, the way the beam was more like an arc then a continuous beam of energy

The main theme sounds nice xD more light hearted, but still nice. suits the setting i tihnks
But i like the militaristic style/march of this, the first games ost seemed to be lacking the heavier ones |
