Fun episode. Lots of Isumi and Sakuya, which is good, and I liked the revised Nabeshin OP narration. Seeing the fourth wall broken into pieces is one of my favorite parts of the show. True to form, even Nishizawa got in an appearance. Nice way to end the episode. Nagi promising a Nishizawa fanservice shot...say no more, I'm in for next week regardless (would've been anyway, but a little more incentive never hurts.)

I didn't really like the Nabeshin part and the Fish God was just really weird. However, Isumi and Sakuya's interaction seemed very interesting. I wished they wouldn't take random digressions like this one and go back to main story arc... speaking of main story arc, it seems like next episode does exactly that and there's moar Hina. That's always a good thing .

pah, i hope the animu will steer clear of silliness for a while and actually use transitions when introducing gag moments.
and step the fuck away from maria, any further mangling of her character shall be met with eternal torment.

I enjoyed the episode a lot. It was interesting and thought this was one of the better episodes. The next ep looks interesting. A lot of anime use the concept of having a school festival. Hope it turns out to be entertaining.

Good episode, though nothing particularly amazing happened. A few goods lines ("I'm a stubborn thing"), a few good gags (Retractable Harisen), and a view good moments ( blushing Sakuya).
We'll see what happens next week. Looks to be an exciting episode, though I doubt their will be any Sakuya, much to my chagrin.

Nabeshin just doesn't have the same affect on me now I have had the taste of Masa-sama
Hayate seems to have reinforced Isumi's opinion of him and Sakuya blushing was very cute Was the usual mishmash of fun again, but at least we get to see why Nagi is scared of the dark. I wonder what did Isumi do? Tama was very funny in the beginning but I wonder who Brenda is? Is he someone he met on the internet? Is he one of his partner's from his Tama SM series? It just gets me every time he switches from cartoon mode to real mode I keep forgetting that everyone else sees him in real mode

Probably the worst episode of Hayate no Gotoku. The time on Nabeshin was wasted, the time on the carp was wasted (other than utterly silly). Only highlights of the episode are the Nausicaa reference (Sakuya and her line about the Sea of Decay) and some good moments of Isumi and Sakuya. But that doesn't push my grade over a 3. This show is made like this, it was coming from a bunch a good episodes in a row, but here and then, they pull out some mediocre mediocrity like here Next week Hinagiku returns!
