Thanks for responding. I've gotta say, getting that far is pretty darn impressive for the type of show KKM is. I hope that all of it will eventually be released in region 1...

I'm sure it will. It's not really the sort of series that has very clear-cut endings for each season. And as people are seeing, the third season is certainly bringing everything together.

Question about the last episode :

Why does Ulrike at the very end of the anime, turn back and look at the Shinou Temple then smile ?

1 - Is it because Shinou came back, then is it because of it that Yuri was able to come back?

2 - Shinou came back but Yuri still travel by his own power ?

3 - Does she think that all that was part of Shinou plan even though he is gone?

Hm...I thought she was smiling because Conrad arrived just in time to see Yuri-tachi. Shinou is gone for good this time so #1 and #2 is out so that leaves #3 to think about. Anyways, it was a spendid ending this is one of the very rare anime shows for me that I enjoyed from start to end.

nope, conrad has been standing there in front of ulrike the whole time when yuri appeared.

well, ulrike said that even if shinou is gone, he is still watching over them somewhere. so she probably thought it was shinou's miracle again. it may be the reason why she turn back, smile and look at the temple.

and yes, it was yuri's own maryoku that he was able to go back to shin makoku.

I have a few questions of my own as well.

1.What did yozak seen at the end? As Yuri return in quite a calm and non-fanciful manner, his return should not be visible to him outdoors.?

2. Why is greta and co seem startled at just a mild reaction from annisa 's experiment?

3. What did Cheri detect/seen as well?

Or the answer to all 3 questions is that yuri somehow give off a godly presence or something alerting all to his return.

4. What is the significance of the baseball that yuri dad show to his wife?

5. What is special about the amulet-like thing Yuri was staring at while he was by the pond? Did something special happen to it to make Yuri suddenly stand up(as if he saw/realised something) to question Murata before getting pushed in?

And to me Urike suddenly seem to saw/realise something as well when she turn her head, to make her smile.

Wished that shinou being reborn thing can be shown

Btw, for people who have read the novel,

1. Has the novels ended? what is the last volume released?
2. At what volume did the anime plot end in? Does the anime fully made use of all novels? Or has it been quite different from the novel plot since long ago.

you can see the word おわり at the end of the ending song, which translates to "the end"

About your questions, I think you already answered your first 3 yourself so...

I think it was reacting to his own powers. As Adelbert said before, the amulet now shines with Yuri's own power and takes his color.

4. What is the significance of the baseball that yuri dad show to his wife?

At first I thought the baseball was merely symbolical of the verbal encounter between Shinou-Shoushou vs Yuuri. It was dropped on the floor when Yuuri was wavering, it was firm on the desk when Yuuri regained his resolve. My guess is that the physical appearance of the ball meant a physical testimony and proofed of the challenges Yuuri surpassed then.
