Having more time to comment on the chapter, I gotta say that both teams were quite impressive here. Once again, I'm liking Juzo more, especially since he's shown that he cares for his classmates.... though I also echo the sentiment that both he and Todoroki may have went a bit overkill with their stunts. And it's kinda funny because Deku recently fought a villain like Gentle, who was careful about harming bystanders with his quirk. So to think that even a freaking villain could show more restraint with their powers than actual heroes (junior heroes, but still heroes nonetheless).....

Well the series is famous for making the villains more sympathetic with the readers, and popularity wise, I think it goes like this: Villains>Bakugo>tie between the female class members of 1-A and the staff of UA>the other generic characters of the series>Izuku. Like you really have to be at the bottom of the totem pole if people prefer and pair up your asshole of a rival with your main squeeze, when they only interacted one time in the entire series. I guess it's the whole wussy MC getting all da bitches syndrome.

You thought that the strongest hero in Class A will at least put a good fight, but he didn't do much in the fight.

Not really a big fan of "draw" for this match though.

Well, well, it turned out to be a draw, after all. Still, both teams put up a pretty good fight, despite the aforementioned extreme stunts from both sides. And now, it's finally Bakugou's turn.... let's see how impressive this lizard girl really is, eh?

Tokage is super hot, how did I never notice her before? I'm ashamed of myself. Excepting big things from her, since she's another one of those accepted on a recommendation and none of them have failed to live up to the hype.

Juzo proved that he earned his recommendation, so I'm looking forward to seeing if Tokage can do the same. I don't expect her to win though, considering it's Bakugou her team is going up against.

It's always a decision between Shoto, Bakugou, and Izuku over who the author is going to pull the trigger and give losses to. Sadly the latter 2 are still main priority in his book so Shoto suffers the consequences.

There's a possibility Bakugou will lose. This way if Deku wins, the competition will end in a draw. Of course, the other way around also works.

Really curious to see what Tokage can do, besides regenerating her limbs.

this whole arc is boring as helll, im only interested in the powers of class b and tbh, a databook style infodump would have been more than enough for that, the current fights arent even that well made, just average-tier team battles with no stakes,

personally i wish hori would put the ACADEMIA part of the story aside or have the class train in faster and more compact ways, maybe just have 5 chapters where the kids show their powers in a training, not a battle, like they fight ectoplasm clones one after another, and you get to see the abilitys of class b while class a is offscreened aside from bakugo and todoroki/iida who than show their new powers, all in all that would make this arc less boring and allow the mangaka to reach his goal (showing all of class b's quirks) a lot faster than with the current form.
