I came across some quotes which i take they are from visual novels.So im hoping anyone can help me identify where they belong.
If this isnt the right place to ask i apologize.

These are the quotes im interessed in identifying:

Kinda difficult, since translators often take liberties with lines like these...also #2 could be literally every eroge protagonist.

Giant scissors one could be from the game Clock Tower.

I've been looking all over for a certain korean manwha. I'm pretty sure it was something hosted on comic.naver. It was a horror series. Every issue was a self contained story. It stood out from other series because it animated it's pictures for shock value. NOTE: I'm looking for the name of the series because I'm pretty sure Naver had their own english translation, I just can't find it on their webtoons website yet.

Spoiler for chapter description of what happens in one chapter:

One of the stories was that some guy was laughing at a women who appeared to be drunk. He took a picture of her bumping into the wall and posted it on his social network account. Then someone who saw the picture told him to run, that the women wasn't drunk, she was being dragged onto the tracks by a ghost. The guy didn't believe it and looked down at the tracks, then the animated image started and a hand reached up and grabbed at your monitor screen.

Spoiler for Description of what happens in another chapter:

another chapter which I'm not as clear on had a girl walking home I think, and she saw this creepy ass women walking around asking "where's my __________" (can't remember the specifics) and the women replied "over there" and they separated. Then as the women is letting out a sigh of relief, the other creepy women screams "________ NOT HERE!!!!" and then the animated image plays and you see the creepy women leaping at you.

The first one is called the Ok-Su Station Ghost. The second one is The Bong Cheon Dong Ghost. Both are created by Ho Rang.

I'm looking for a Japanese song rather than an anime. I think it has both the piano and song version and it probably have similar in both tone/feeling and background (as school theme~ish, probably from the same generation) to "Tsubasa wo Kudasai".

It's pretty much goose chase with this description, so anything you can think off?

I can only think of Komm Susser Todd which in the "End of Evangelion" is used in a similar fashion as "Tsubasa wo Kudasai" in Rebuild.

Very close, i means for the first 30 seconds i thought it was that song. Have that very similar tone and feeling too.

The first 30 seconds? Then it's probably a song based on the infamous Pachelbel chords. Unfortunately that probably won't help much because there's a tons of songs that are based on them...
