A Forerunner AI full of human memories...and that's a distinctly modernish looking human city.

Could these be the memories of the people from New Phoenix transmitted back to Requim? Such an event could be used as an explanation as to how...certain individuals from Halo 4 survived.

Now that I got one of my final papers done this evening (SCORE!) gonna definitely treat myself by trying this next episode of Spartan ops out.

IIRC stored personalities went into the Forerunner internet, the Domain, so presumably it the Composer's victims were automatically transferred there.

Great in theory, we should get our answers soon. Though you got to ask, if it was possible, wouldn't the forerunners still be around if they had a convenient thing to keep them alive from the flood.

Shield Worlds like Onyx were designed to protect the inhabitants within from the Halo Array's firing, and the worlds within the micro-dyson spheres are massive in scope. It's very likely some of the Forerunners survived within. Others within Cryptums likely survived as well, given the Didact and his Cryptum.

Well there is always the possibilities, though in the Didact's case he was in a caged sphere prison not stored to be revived in a later time.

Technically his hands are covered by gloves filled with reactive metal liquid crystals that increase his strength by a substantial margin.

That's like having a hydraulic press powered sledgehammer built into your fist.

Well Halsey's communication with the enemy is questionable, but considering the doubt and harsh treatment she has gotten it is understandable. Halsey immediately notice that the Chain of Command kept secrets from her, the best information she could have had is from the enemy. Colonel Ackerson has already demonstrated that humans can use the religious practice and beliefs of the covenant to get the better of them.

Anyone annoyed by Sara Palmer's witty remarks towards Halsey? Did she really expect Halsey to know everything despite being jailed up by ONI? Well considering Palmer, if Halsey did know, Palmer would have arrested her for breach of security.

Palmer is a career soldier and a proud one. She didn't get to command a whole regiment of Spartans for nothing. Being a hardass does go with the territory.

Although I doubt Halsey has any idea she's been communicating with Jul 'Mdama. She probably thinks it's just another Forerunner AI. Then again, even that constitutes a breach of security anyway (bringing onboard another unidentified Forerunner artifact, which could've been booby-trapped).

I am pretty confident Halsey knew what she was doing. As for Palmer, there are two possibilities why she is very wary of Halsey. Either Palmer wasn't fully informed about the Spartan II program or she has a similar mentality of Naomi.

Halsey isn't one to make a move without knowing risks. If I was a High Ranking Officer and Hasley and Palmer were at each other necks about a situation, I would pick Halsey over Palmer when to make a move. Palmer is a career soldier, but she does not even have 10 percent of Halsey's knowledge of forerunner technology and the covenant most likely. Also, anyone would probably listen to an old women who happen to have gotten her second doctoral degree by age 15.

Well awesome story stuff, but should we also worry about Spartan Thorne? The poor basterd warped thanks to the Artifact ( i told you it was some kind of teleporter) into Requiem and likely inprisoned. Also the Librarian might (re)appear so im kinda excited, also at im laughing about how she's gonna react to the Covies about the fight with the humans.

Correction; Reclaimers.

Thorne is a Spartan, if one has to worry about him constantly than he will need more proving to be called a Spartan.

Thorne appears to be a tough spot, but there been many Spartans that been in that position before. Doesn't it appear to be strange that in the Spartan II and III programs earn all medals in the UNSC, but never the Prisoner of War medal? Thorne looks like he is the first among Spartans to possibly receive that medal. As for Crimson team, they will fight their way out just like any Spartan would.

That's probably has more to do with the Spartan II's and III's being indoctrinated to fight to the death.

Maybe we should open up the poll on whether Thorne can fight his way out of his predicament, or he gets taken prisoner.
