I think the only thing Rio like less than dealing with nobility, is to do nothing while good heart people is in trouble, that's why he always help Liselotte, Flora, Celia etc, even though he knows it's going to bring trouble later.

I think I still prefer Liselotte's design over Rikka but it doesn't matter, she's the same person so both are lovely.

Rikka is one fine Lady. It's too bad her life was cut short. I like both Lizelotte and Rikka's design. Lizelotte is lucky enough to have good looks in both lives.

Yeah, both designs are great. I'm really excited and can't wait until that book cover is shipped. And going by what Melonbooks have done so far, I'm also going to save up more money to get the wallscroll of this particular art when it comes out

But yeah, she's really fortunate to have good looks in both lives, and she deserves it. I think the same applies for Rio and Latifa. Latifa even sports a fluffy tail and ears!

tbf, it was pretty damn violent and painful in the WN. Imagine having a sword piercing your stomach and sending electricity through it.
It was painful, just really quick. Leaving literally nothing behind is pretty damn cool tho.

The book is called lyrical poetry of revenge and the first sentence fo the synopsis says "the revenge journey comes to a conclusion" they can say it louder but not clearer, Lucius is going to die.

There are 13 volumes and 1 drama cd that came with the volume 12 with the things happenning on it before the last chapters of volume 13.

Two weeks from now the 1st of August the volume 14 will be published with a second drama cd.

I second that, twenty pages for the prologue is simply too long, the first 4 pages were perfectly enough for the prologue, and even like that this prologue feels a little like the continuation from 10th volume's prologue, it was necessary for Rio to have this conversation with the forest girls but it feels a little out of place as the prologue of this volume intead of happening in the previous volume before the fight with Nidor.

Seirei gensouki's books use to have between 350 and 400 pages, I don't think this volume will have less than 300 pages, with just a little advance of 24 pages of the total is a little difficult to say if it will be a good or bad book, maybe after reading the rest it will make sense for the prologue to be like that but right now I can't say it for sure.

It should have ended with Rio's monologue and the part of the talk between Rio, Miharu, Ouphia, Sara, Alma and Latifa before he depart to Prokishia should have been included in the previous volume.
