For Kanzashi, it would have to be the one who voiced Kotomi from Clannad. The flat and airy tone sounds perfect for her.

But nana mizuki isn't psycho enough. xD. Unless u want her to pull off that role she did in KnK, but it didn't feel right.

Were the scenes from the original Infinite Stratos? A lot of them seem to be new despite it being a recap.

The new art stlye is weird, which is sort of okay in a light novel, not so much in an anime.

It's the reverse for me, I LOVE that they don't change the character design.

The problem is that new art style use more flush/brilliant color rather than solid color. It's a lot more expensive because recreating it with digital animation is hard.

I get the feeling that I'm the only one who wished that the IS were less bulky similar to the proportions of the manga (This is coming from a Gundam fan) but with character designs, I'm ok with the new designs.
