Forget One Piece. What about bad anime that I really hates....
Mirai Nikki bites the cake and it is nothing but yandere porn for yandere [mod edit: fans]! I'm still surprised it was is rated 8.33 in Myanimelist. Last edited by relentlessflame; 2013-01-22 at 01:15. |

Maybe you saw a different opening than me. I was talking about the opening from the first series. Quote:
That's pretty offensive. Watch your tongue.

Soo... what exactly is the difference between the Rito in the middle of To-Love-Ru compared to the Rito in To-Love-Ru-Darkness?
I actually don't see any difference. This is why I got angry at this Manga to begin with... I though "2nd Series, now it finally 'begins', yay!".... well, it did not... Then i started to realize that i just had too much time on my hands and finally saw the real nature of this Manga... since then I tried to somehow "unwatch" it. Quote:
The biggest issue though, is that they DID NOT FINISH THE STORY IN THE ANIME! The ending was incomplete!

........if Darkness completely ignores that.......dear God, what a crying shame. I hates when character growth is forsaken 'for the sake of the plot"!! You see, the reason I watched the first anime series was because my friend really liked it..and we often watched ecchi harem together because we found them so funny....but some time ago, we had a falling out and can't really hang out together anymore. So I didn't have any motivation to continue with the sequel once it came out. I don't feel like I'm missing much. The series is all right...but there are far better ecchi harem shows out there. like a certain one with a cross-dressing ZOMBIE!!

In topic, Starry Sky is the worst shoujo reverse harem I ever saw. Even if I were 16-years old girl I will throw garbage at it. |

I don't call it "worst anime ever" though. There are many worse animes that uses stuff like that such as Rio : Rainbow Gate! and Arcana Famiglia (even though the latter is a reverse harem), but this show's fanservice itself doesn't look too bad in my book.

Maybe the anime has the exact same ending as the anime, and our interpretation of "character development" is just different. The other possibility is, as you said, that the anime got an alternate ending. But i honestly don't know.

While I'm tempted to list a whole slew of "ecchi" shows here that wouldn't be entirely truthful. When I watch a show upon completion (if I'm able to get all the way through it) I ask myself two questions:
1.) What was the show's goal? and 2.) Did it achieve that goal? After answering those questions I proceed onto considering my own personal response. Normally I have no problem answering these questions and formulating a decent opinion. While "ecchi" shows don't appeal to me I don't deny that they usually succeed in titillating their audiences . . . which is exactly what they're supposed to do. So I don't fault them for being what they are because at least they have a purpose. There have only been a few shows that irritated me so much that I was unable to impartially answer those two questions. The first and most notable is The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. I'm prepared to receive a lot of flak for expressing my intense dislike of that show, but honestly I couldn't even make it all the way through. I don't know if I'm simply not the right audience for that show; I don't know if I ever care. I only have two anime characters that I would like to imbibe brain bleach to forget: Haruhi Suzumiya and Shirai Kuroko. I have nothing against those who do like that show (for whatever reason), but I confess that I will never be able to understand its appeal. The plot is a ridiculous mess of cliches, the characters are either annoying or milquetoast, the animation is mediocre. Truly, what do people like about it? (<-- Rhetorical question, no need to answer.) To me it is single-handedly the "worst" anime that I have ever watched.
