It was a joke lol, the doujin is about her (Lacus) but I seriously like to think it's Meer, I mean.....

Surely this art style follows that one garage kit of Lacus who is wearing the same dress but pretty much just that

Not only a Hollow (the politically correct term for that would probably a Vaizard: Shinigami with Hollow powers/half a Hollow mask), but she's also Gendo'd, and she has the Death Note with her as well. I have no idea what's the significance of the rose though.

No wonder she's VERY powerful.

Maybe because Rie Tanaka is Gin's VA .... but the guy has to color the rose dark purple to make the pic more real.... n_n

Actually, isn't Rie Tanaka one of the VA's in Rozen Maiden? I think that's what the rose is for.
