It's still the best female Gundam character design, ever, and stands out all the more since Turn A has a lot of questionable and/or boring character designs, especially for the girls(See: Sochie and Fran).

What is the Harry Ord obsession exactly? He's a cool character but he really doesn't say or do enough to be the best character ever, even in a semi-mocking sense.

Did you even watch Turn A Gundam?

Harry seriously came across to me at being such an amazing character right from the start, and that opinion just kept on growing and growing as the series progressed right until the end. Its his character --- its unbelievable good.

Also helps he has the same seiyuu as Elzam from SRW, one of the biggest badasses in recent times which only enhances that.
