From my understanding you just have to blame astrology - the problem is that when the ancients created the constellations they know very little about the stars compared with what we know today, and they couldn't have predicted that the stars actually moved as the universe expands and all those other factors. The ancients classified the 12 zodiacs as the constellations which the sun traces pass, but as time passed (ie our time now) the sun also traces through Ophiucus constellation thus technically making it the 13th zodiac. I think we found this out in the 90s and there used to be some debate about changing everyone's birth zodiac due to this change, but eventually no one took it up (so technically speaking, you might not actually be the star sign that you think you are born under!), Kurumada is simply folding this piece of astrology information into ND as a plot twist (which is pretty clever of him actually, to update his story according to the change in astrology), and let's see how he would spin the story. But knowing how he really doesn't care about minor details I doubt he would take too much care about it. Though my guess is that there're probably two Ophiucus cloth, and the Gold (probably cursed) version is sealed in the lost Ophiucus temple which Shiana just dug up in the latest ND chapter.

Hmm...interesting theory there, Houko. I may have to go with yours for now. I just wish they'll give in-story explanation someday.

Now that you mention it, they do said that the Orion Saint (along with others) in the first SS movie is canon. So that makes two Silver Cloths degraded into Bronze, Orion and Eagle/Aquila.

That was just a division between northern and southern hemisphere constellations, it didn't have anything to do with the Cloths ^^

Now that we are at it Pegasus, Dragon, Andromeda and Cygnus are visible only in the Northern hemisphere. As the common lone wolf Phoenix is only visible in the Southern hemisphere.

Only thing we know is that she survived the battle. She apparently went missing afterwards since Kiki counts her among the saints they lost.

Her gold cloth is missing from the wall. When the others died those returned to it but Paradox's didn't.

Wonder if they'll ever explain what happened with the three original Silver Saints. Maybe it's true that they took the wrong plane which fell to the sea and then the three became the slaves of the dolphins trained by the filler's Dolphin Saint who worked for the Pope Saga... What?

I always thought it was because during the series' start, Kurumada had troubles designing women's faces. Did Saori look femenine to anybody in the manga's start?
