Producer is pretty darn hot. Nothing weird here. I have to say you shouldn't underestimate Uzuki's angelic smile though! And her cutiepie voice, though that's just me admiring the VA's skills I guess. Rin is a cool yet enticing beauty as well. I'm sure that if they don't impress you yet, they will in the coming episodes.

I wonder what does really the producer sees in both Uzuki and Rin, smile is maybe one thing but.
Contantly keep recruiting the person who isn't even interested in, I have to understand the reason though.

Ep 01

I was completely and totally not expecting Producer to be like that - man, talk about a completely different image from the Idolm@ster anime proper. But interestingly despite his ... erm ... intimidating exterior and difficulty at articulation he does seem to have a keen intuition and insight into an individual's potential combined with a dogged steadfastness. Good on him.

First ep was very enjoyable on the whole as an introductory ep proper. I enjoyed the OP in particular and for someone who is even barely familiar with the other Cinderella Girls it was nice to see so many cameos throughout the ep itself.

Definitely a keeper.

I'm actually surprised that not many have listed their personal favorites yet. I liked the episode because they started off with my favorite, Shibuya Rin. I like character design quite a bit but I chose her for her cool personality. Hope they pay more attention to her in the future as well since she's a starter idol.
