Tatsumi himself was the reason of her level up so yeah, but then a few members of NR might have died without him around so that is a tough decision

I just look at the new pic and the one where Esdes use her needless of ice on Tatsumi/Incursio. O_O
SHe was able to go through the armature, you can totally see the holes in his chest.

Game breaking? What game? Just because the NR is too weak, doesn't mean Esdese has to be dragged into the same level as them. The NR is just a small part of the rebel. There are many people out there to rival Esdese's power. Personally, I think that Esdese's obsession for Tatsumi is just one of her reason to create that time freezing move. In the fight with the PM's son, Esdese was remove from the battle field even before she could do a thing to her opponent. Maybe as a warrior, that piss her off or something like that, so she created this move to rival that guy's space control tengu.

esdese not OP??? You kidding?? They even said they needed 50000 elites just for her and before her lvl up. She was on par with super-susanoo who easily defeated kurome's trump card (that giant monster) and that is without using her trumpcard . I'm not telling that she has to be dragged to NR's level but hell, if that is not Overpower then that means our NR are just a few ants.

Indeed, before Esdese's and people in her level (I'm sure more people in her league will appear in the story), the NR are nothing but ants. Actually, I don't understand why people always want the main cast to become strongest fighters in the story even if that conflicts with the story line. The NR is but a small group of assassins, most of their members almost know nothing about the rebels, their leaders and schemes. Of course they must be hapless against one of the empire's strongest generals.

Never really gave 2 shits about Raba really. About the pic look closer its not an ice, its her leg. She hit him with ice a bit later when he flew away. I doesn't seem to be the ice penetrate his armor, if you look closer it might be bits and pieces of shattered ice flying apart after hitting him. He may feel the aftershock of the hit and possibly get a bruise or a cut or something. But i do not think it went threw. Or maybe i am not looking at the right thing.
I would argue she doesn't know that Tatsumi is in the armor otherwise she would not try to hurt him like she did is my guess.

Esdese is OP in this time and place, and NR is not just some assassins, Akane was the best assassin of the empire, and the boss of Tatsumi was a former General, as well as one of the former subordinates of Esdese was a General, and they recognized how OP was Esdese.

Esdese was a powerful CQC fighter, but the power that really made her capable of fighting an army all by herself was the capacity of creating large chunks of ice at will. But freezing time at will. Let me repeat myself at will. In this moment the only backlash is maybe the great quantity of energy she is using. The other guy can only transport people using preestablished gates. Thats not even close.

Esdese has said one of the reasons, maybe the major reason the prime minister enjoys his blatant abuse of power, is because she exists, and by existing she can suppress the rebellion.

I dont doubt someone with an OP ability exists, but Esdese creted a OP ability with just her force of will. She is Great

You might be right that they are pieces of shattered ice.
And I'm pretty sure the last attack, the one with the ice was meant to kill or at least hurt badly.

I have an idea: Later Akame goes to heaven, Tatsumi blames himself and as a way to show his remorse, he starts wearing her clothes as well as a black wig and red contact lenses, talking awkwardly, becoming obsess with meat... And we will have the story about Akame the avenger.
