There's close to 1200 VNs with a no sexual content tag in VNDB alone, there's most likely a lot more not on the list (which also doesn't count the games with both a 18+ and an All Ages version) since most of the games have no tags at all!
So, while a bit more limited there's still plenty of VNs out there to play. Not only that but being a fictional world, there could be a lot more All Ages VNs than the 18+ ones.

Nope, he probably plays it too. Remember the switch body arc of where he ended up in the of a girl and he said when he is taking a bath that he already seen it a lot. Meaning he is not new to it and probably plays it but maybe he just rarely do it.

In his room. He has different console but most of those console aren't pc and pc only has the 18+ game (from what I know). Game from xbox and ps are turn into 12+ or something along those age.

Remeber how Elsie always makes up excuses blaming the fact that Keima is a gamer because of his behaviour or actions? I think Elsie was suprised that even Keima blames it on being a gamer.
