well actually I know who he (it's a he right?) is [reading from the wiki =P], but I don't know his character...and while mindlessly reading TvTropes it said that it makes a cameo on the second season...

Rai is the main character of the game Code Geass: Lost Colors for the PSP, and you are supposed to control him, he has a Geass as well, and the choices you make within the game decide the ending.

I don't think there is a pic of him though.

he's one of the guys who stands behind anya right before the chase starts
he has white hair and is holding something (not sure what it is)
