I have that same BG, but the whole picture actually fits my monitor so I don't have to center it.

And I'm still using good ol' XP.

Yeah the OS-Tan sounds are damn awesome! I'm also using them^^

I like the OS-tan sounds, but I had to disable the Program Closed sound because hearing "chiriri" every five seconds got annoying quite fast.

I was just seeing what the OS-tan Nanami Theme thing was all about...wow, that's just too 'alive' for me. Maybe that'll feel normal when voice-recognition is the main control on my OS. It is incredibly cute, though. =)

Well...for the first one..you would have to use EarthDesk since's it's a desktop enhancement app that updates the BG realtime with the location you specify...and it is shareware; so it might require some not-legal action to use it...

as for the とらどら wallpaper, I can easily do that
