Is it just me, or is the DB universe itself behaving a bit like the Saiyan race, that is, growing tougher every time it's hurt? I mean, I've lost count of the times people reached such high levels of power that the universe started to shatter just from them fighting, but then they wind up finding newer, stronger forms that unleash even more power but they fight without a problem. The universe nearly broke from Goku fighting Beerus way back when, but he and Vegeta have been in an even higher state of power for quite a while now and had tons of battles pushing themselves to the very edge and nothing's happened.

Also, what's with Trunks's hair? In the original it was light purple, just like it is in the main timeline, but here it's almost as blue as an SSB.

It's a plot hole of grand canyon magnitude. Dragon Ball has always had plot holes, but this is approaching new magnitudes of stupidity.

It's a story made for kids, not to give it much thought... Unfortunately.
There should be a revamping of the whole series, for other audiences.

I have a feeling Trunks can go to ssj3 next episode...not only it matches the dbz game? but it will be a good measure point of Black's power. Beerus can dispose ssj3 goku easily and Black should be able to do the same to showcase his ability.

Audiences won't feel a thing if Black can beat ssj Trunks

Based on that preview, I get the feeling Black's going to kill Future Bulma. She handed Trunks that vial of something, then later it shows him crying while showing it to Mai. Guessing he's likely saying that his mother gave her life to provide them with it. Further, going to guess it's fuel for the Time Machine.

Well, Super Saiyan transformations are kinda feeling less hype after what Toriyama did to Gotenks Trunks would need to become a Super Saiyan Blue but how will change with that character design?

Good catch. If it IS Time Machine fuel, I wonder if she's decided that it'd be wise to have a trump card like that in case Beerus or Frieza or someone went on an unstoppable rampage.

If it's not fuel... wonder what it is. Hopefully not whatever caused Black to be a thing.
