Funniest/Unexpected/Disturbing Anime Moment

One of the most unexpected moment was in Speed Grapher . At the beggining of the series main antagonist is Kagura's Mom Shinsen Tennouzu . She is killed midway in the series and Suitengu takes up her role .

Though Suitengu is the best chracter in Speed Grapher outshining Saiga by a mile . Shinsen Tennouzu is a multilayered chracter she is filled with regret angst and lust . Her hatred for Kagura is epic , as she sees her dead lover's face in Kagura . It was pretty shocking when they killed her off that too with lot many minor chracters survivimg .

Funniest probably FLCL's 1st OAV when Naota gets hit by Haruka's Vespa, specially the part when Mamimi quickly makes a photo that and the whole manga scene going on later in the OAV

Unexpected Mai Hime's 'reset button'

Disturbing X/1999's movie in which Subaru's last name was even spelled wrong an where he died int he first 10 minutes (he was my fav NOO)

Shinobu has been socking his money away to help his brother buy
his fathers old company back so he's essentially starving but he has
not told anyone this so everyone thinks he's loaded with cash.

Takemoto just spent all of his money getting his drivers license and
he has barely any money left to make the rent much less eat and
Shinobu is systematically eating all of his food.

Hagu offers Takemoto her steamed bun to eat and he says "No, I
can't do that" and from out of nowhere Shinobu's head appears
over Hagu's shoulder taking a huge bite out of the steamed bun
and Hagu's reaction is one of the funniest things I've ever seen
anywhere - her stunned reaction is so off the wall I laugh like an
idiot every time I see it.

Fantastic! I'm smiling just thinking about it.

Most unexpected? Might have to go with the first episode of the World of Narue where the cute little puppy turns into a mutant alien thing with lots of teeth.

Funniest but unexpected? Episode 25 of Kodomo No Omocha where Mama is giving Sana a lecture and her squirrel Maro-chan falls off her head and lands in the teacup. Mama screams "HAAAAA!!" and makes the WEIRDEST face and it's so funny and random that you could just die. I rewound it over and over again!

the frog oil scene in kanokon. when the chizuru and nozomu rub frog healing oil over Kouta with their bodies. i just found the scene to be more disgusting than ecchi because of the weird sound that their rubbing produced

All in one: Eureka Seven episode 39.
That was..unexpected, funny and very, very disturbing.
I did not expect that the staff made a sort of filler episode in the middle of the last arc that was oh-so-serious, But it didn't really matter. At least to me.
It was my favorite episode of the series by far.
Also some of the reactions in the characters made me go: WTF, especially Eureka being awesome in soccer and Renton that didn't knew how to pass the ball lol.
And Holland, he looked awesome..just until the last scene, poor guy.

.Hack/G.U Trilogy where Haseo snaps and starts schooling...that...girl about how the game's not about socializing but about killing stuff and getting stronger.

Don't even remember much about the rest of the movie but that part was funny as hell.
