Has Nisio Isin Sensei completed Monogatari series yet? I heard he released the new project name Otegami Kyouko no Bibouroku.

Nisio is always writing new books. Monogatari as the story of Araragi and Senjougahara has finished a long while ago, but he will keep publishing new books, the same way he kept writing books set in the Zaregoto universe. As long as there is demand for it, there will still be new Monogatari books coming out.

IIRC there has never been a whole story dedicated to Senjougahara since Bake. There have been just chapters here and there where she and Araragi mention their progress, that's all. Basically they are together forever and there is nothing more to talk about that. Senjougahara rarely appears in the following books. She is most present in Nise 1, Neko White and Koimonogatari.

I see, thanks for your answers. Can i ask more questions?. Has the author written about their future plans? I mean, does Senjogahara and Araragi decide their jobs in the future? ( I like this couple very much so i want to know more about them )

Well, in the last chapter of the latest book Senjougahara seems to make a gag about Araragi being father, so their future plans seem to be what one should expect. Aside from that, they are attending the same university, but I don't remember a specific faculty being mentioned, and neither what job they are interested in.

It may be a gag, but I think she is serious about it

My interpretation of Neko:Black is that Araragi is madly in love with Hanekawa, but decided to bury it for her sake. Then Hitagi happened.

Zoku was weird.

No, his feelings for Hanekawa is beyond love. So much so that he can't be her lover because it won't be equal. Love is mutual, balance. Araragi see something beyond that in Hanekawa.

The 18th book Zoku-Owarimonogatari that released in September was the finished of Monogatari series main story, wasn't it? If it, i hope it has a clear and happy ending

Eh, that's debatable, REALLY debatable. As it not just for his feelings - but you're trying to argue that love isn't the strongest emotion that a human can have for one another...which it kind of is, especially since love and obsession share many similar qualities.

It feels like you're trying to force something here - when in reality you can feel connected to someone without wanting a romantic love. Araragi does feel like he owes her (though less as the series progresses) but I don't think that would stop him if truly loved her romantically.

I don't even think his relationship with Hanekawa is that complex to be honest: he was interested in her, or rather she was interested in him and he responded, first to her looks then to her personality. But it didn't go anywhere for him, whereas she developed stronger feelings which she hid. From there it's even simpler...

All we have to work with is what Araragi says himself and what he says when it comes to Hanekawa is different from Hitagi.

He mentions several times that he is willing to die for Hanekawa and yet not once has he said that for Hitagi. This is also the same Araragi that promised Shinobu that he'll live for as long as she is willing to.

What can you infer from this?

Hanekawa is on a whole different level compared to Hitagi. What he feels for her isn't the same kind of "love" one would develop for a partner. What he has is unyielding devotion.

You can argue that love is the strongest emotion one can have but it can easily go away, and is disposable. Kaiki mentioned this as well saying that what Araragi and Hitagi has is just puppy love any high schooler would develop.

The feelings he has for Hanekawa is not comprehensible by human standards and it is particularly true for Araragi since hes not human. (nor a majority of the cast in this series.)

Yeah, I know:P I didn't order these 2... at least this time

And tbh I don't like Nadeko that much, and I saw some scans of Mayoi book somewhere and it wasn't that impressive :P

Side note: First part of Tsubasa contains mostly cosplay pictures

Sorry but was this scene in the Hitagi End, when Kaiki talked to Hitagi on the phone, right? I have some thinking about it, but if we follow all the development of their relationship, i think they have a strong relationship and they will be together forever. Both of them always serious about their love. Kaiki after also confirmed Araragi and Hitagi's love are durable (Hitagi will be stronger when have Araragi) . Fortunately, the author will continue the series after releasing Zoku book and maybe we can see what will happen when they enter the university

I just finished reading Zoku Owarimonogatari!
I've written the summary on the Wikia for anyone who's interested! I'm gonna have to make a bunch of edits since I didn't have time to double check what I wrote. I'm gonna go to bed now, and do that tomorrow

Thank you! I hope it'll recover broken hearts of some series fans regarding last book and Nisio's "brilliance as a writer" in general.
BTW What are your thoughts about this book?
