Unknown. But, generally speaking, since Danzou has been official appointed as the 6th, then it is very doubtful that if/when Tsunade awakes she will be able to reclaim her position.

She already has the title. The title stays there with her being alive, dead, or in-between. However, when she regains her health, I do think the seniority rule will kick in, and she will go back to her initial position.

What they can do is to make 6th as the leader doing all the dirty-front work, and her a person above the 6th, having the power to alter any decisions 6th would make (i.e., as the leader of the counsel initially formed by the two remaining dinasours of the Sandaime era). That may also suggest, if she regains her health, she may override Danzou's decision of hunting down Sasuke (as if they can do that).

That...doesn't make much sense. Whoever is the current Hokage is the only Hokage (Sarutobi wasn't the Hokage when Minato was in charge, he was considered retired until he was forced to reassume the title after Minato's death). Tsunade is not currently the Hokage, she is simply a comatose patient, and even if she were to wake up tomorrow, she would still have to be reappointed to the position.

I believe it was Sandaime's decision to retire. That does not mean he has to. Simply he was too old, and there is already one capable of doing what he was doing, someone he appointed, so there was no need for him. One other reason might be because Sandaime believed Yondaime to be the more capable leader at the time.

Now, let's move the discussion to Tsunade. She is not retired. She is not officially moved from her position (Sandaime didn't come back as 5th, they preserve the status regardless of what happens with the person). She has not done a bad thing to result in her official demise. She entered an unresponsive state just to save her people. I highly doubt the village would do such a thing for someone like her. Yet, they had to fill a gap, and selected another Hokage to fill that gap. If she regains her health, she will still continue to be the more capable among the two as the leader, as someone that was already appointed to that position, and being considered as the better among the two not so long ago.

I think it should be Danzou who should step back immediately rather than the village or fire country start a process to re-appoint Tsunade. Tsunade is currently the only living Hoakge, who is supported by the village wholeheartedly.

Anyways, there is no end to speculation as to what may happen. There is nothing guaranteed at this time, since nothing like that had ever happened before. Whatever creates the higher number of chapters and better action has a higher probability of happening.

Since Danzou has the title of Hokage, he is the current Hokage. The title has shifted from Tsunade to him. Now, if this is a temporary thing or not has yet to be clarified, but if Danzou dies and Tsunade recovers then she would probably reclaim the title of Hokage, unless someone else is at the time more worthy of it.

In the relevant manga chapter ("Heartless"), Orochimaru commented that Sasuke didn't kill any of them, and in the episode he said "all of them haven't received a final blow", so he hasn't killed anyone.

Whatever that i shall tell you is not just a spoiler but the truth for any who reads this. Wikipedia contains a great amount of information but also alot of false information. Therefor try to compare those theories that you read there with other sites or in this case the manga itself.

The question you asked hasnt been answered yet and it's a theory of someone else who posted that on wikipedia.

The reason why Madara has joined Akatsuki or created is unknown. Some say Pain created Akatsuki it does seem that Madara is the mastermind behind it but much is still unknown about him. Time will tell.

I believe it will be animated as a mini-arc in August (you can check the chapters and see around when that will be in the storyline), I wouldn't expect another movie since they're already making the third one.
