Welcome to the weekly manga chapter discussion thread. This thread is created early to discuss spoilers and speculation about the upcoming chapter.

As per the forums rules, please don't ask for or mention about where to download the (licensed) manga. Also remember not to post or link to any translations of the manga, since this is illegal as well. Posting a synopses or summary is fine (and welcome) but please do not discuss scans, raws, translation groups, etc. Additionally, if you are posting someone else's synopsis (or their translation of a synopsis), then please provide credit were credit is due.

Remember that the manga is licensed, do not post significant part of the chapters. This stands for pictures and direct translations. Summaries are ok, crops of pictures are ok as well if you want to illustrate your point but this is it.

^Makes sense to me. Obviously Madara's time/space ninjutsu is actually just a liberal usage of his space ship's teleporter...

As for a prediction...I expect Sakura...will not appear. But, Naruto might have a brief cameo near the end.

Rather, I am expecting that Madara will shoot the breeze with the Kages, then politely leave. After which, depending on whether Naruto appears or not, Kishimoto will cut away to Kirabi...entering a beatboxing contest

I'm also predicting the Tsuchikage will side with Madara, and there will be a panel or two featuring Sasuke saying he needs to get stronger.

I get the whole point of ebul Sasuke wanting to kill Konoha, but shouldn't he care a tiiiny bit about Madara's plans?

Sasuke doesn't really care. He's just that guy with a one-track mind

"omg I need to kill Itachi"
"omg I need to kill Akatsuki"
"omg I need to kill Konohagakure"
"omg I need to kill Danzo"

Honestly he just has that blind rage fault. He switches his objectives so often you have to wonder if he has some kind of ADD.

i am guessing kisame is going to win. its hard to believe that the guys who escaped amaterasu and pulled a wool over sasuke mighty eyes is about to get beat by kisame. i am hoping for an awesome fight. I wonder if fusing with sword will change kisame appearance or size. hope kirabi will stay in in his human form. he seems to kick more ass that way,

Wow...soo much for for Danzou run as Hokage...

Im not surprised about Kisame, but Kishi should lay down the pipe, here he is probrably going to show a Kisame that will look superior than Itachi when Kisame admittted the contrary.

wait wait wait hold the phone.. Kakashi was the one nominated? wtf?

according to the spoiler kisame only becomes as strong as the 8th tail bijuu its just a buff nothing that itachi couldn't handle i assume it will be a close battle. but this doesn't make kisame stronger then itachi. Itachi was really strong. this buff was needed for kisame he was starting to look weak.

Perhaps with developments on his Kamui, Kakashi really may be at Kage level. He was always intelligent and sneaky enough. He just needed some big gun jutsus

LOL, The most impulsive and reckless Kage is stuck doing the paperwork...there is something deligthfully ironic about that...

Kakashi as Leader...well that is a little weird...I can't wait to see Mist's reaction when they find out that it was Kakashi that killed Haku and Zabuza, and not Sasuke

Another part of the spoiler that Rahan did not mention: Iron country also joins the alliance. So now we have an official source of canon fodder...also, Choujurou talks about Kisame (who mentions Kisame fusing with his sword)...

That being said, Kisame v. Kirabi ftw. I hope we get to see a full fight...too bad it doesn't look like it will be a sword fight...

I thought the deed was recognized to be done by team. So shouldn't they also recognize Kakashi to be one of those who killed them?

They wonder if they are going to use Bee and Naruto or shelter them. Also, Raikage writes a report about Danzou's actions so that Konoha get rid of him. Sakura meets Naruto. Bee is training his enka under Sabu / Sub sensei. Kisame finds him. If he fuses with his sword, he becomes as strong as a bijuu except Kyuubi Next week : Kisame vs Bee.
